The curling iron will reach your selected temperature in
three minutes. Once you have nished curling, press the

intended for professional and consumer use. This iron has a

feature, this plug will t into a polarized outlet only one way. If
the plug does not t securely, reverse the plug. If it still does not
t, contact a qualied electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this
safety feature.
STYLING TIPS
Make sure hair is completely dry before use.
Use a comb when styling for best results.
Take small sections of hair for optimum results.
TEMPERATURE SETTING HAIR TYPE
280 - 320°F Fragile, ne, thin hair
320 - 380°F Normal, medium hair
380 - 410°F Thick, coarse hair
410 - 430°F Professional use only
Take a section of hair (the smaller the section, the tighter
the curl).
Clamp the ends of this section in between the barrel and
the clamp holding the barrel vertically. Wrap your hair
around the barrel.
For ne hair: hold the iron in place for 5 to 8 seconds.
For thick hair: hold the iron in place for 10 – 15 seconds.
To release the curl, press the thumb grip to release the
ends of your hair. Gently pull the barrel out of the curled
section and then twirl the barrel counterclockwise, until the
curl slips off the top of the barrel.
Allow curls to cool before combing or brushing.
Turn the iron off before unplugging it.

SPRING REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Turn off the iron and unplug it, ensuring it has cooled
completely before replacing the spring.
1. Remove the screws from the barrel: Hold the iron by the
barrel and push down gently on the thumb grip. Use a small
Phillips screwdriver to remove one screw, then the other.
2. Remove the old spring from the barrel: Using a small Phillips
screwdriver, gently loosen the screw—a quarter or half turn
counterclockwise should remove the screw. Pinch the spring’s
coils together and pull the spring out of the bracket.
3. Insert the new spring: Pinch the new spring’s coils together
and insert it into the bracket. Do not push the spring in as far
as it will go, but leave a small portion of the rods extending
from the bracket.
4. Tighten the bracket screw carefully, keeping the new
spring straight on the barrel.
5. Replace the clamp: Holding the iron by the barrel, align the
clamp’s screw holes with the screw holes in the barrel. Insert
each screw.
6. Test the clamp several times to ensure the iron works
properly.
