AGM start-stop battery is a lead-acid battery with advanced
AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) separator technology, it is widely
used in vehicles with start-stop system and mild hybrid.
Advantages
Grid Production Technology: Utilizing novel alloy
formulations and advanced continuous rolling and
stamping production processes, the grid exhibits
excellent corrosion resistance and minimizes water
loss in the battery. This significantly extends the
battery's lifespan, especially when operating in
high-temperature environments.
Application of AGM Technology: AGM technology
allows the oxygen generated at the positive terminal
of the battery to recombine at the negative terminal,
forming water. The gas emissions are controlled
within the designated pressure range, preventing
corrosion of nearby automotive components and
achieving true battery sealing. Furthermore, the
electrolyte is thoroughly absorbed by the AGM
separator, eliminating free-flowing electrolyte. This
ensures that the battery can still function properly
even if the vehicle experiences severe vibrations,
high-speed impacts, or other unforeseen accidents
that may cause the battery to crack.
High Assembly Pressure Design: The battery's high
assembly pressure design structure helps slow down
the life degradation caused by the detachment of the
positive plate's expanded lead paste during deep
cycling charge-discharge processes. This design
ensures a longer battery lifespan and enhances its
longevity for prolonged usage.
Incorporating independently developed composite
carbon materials: Enhances the battery's charging
receptivity, allowing it to capture instantaneous
feedback currents from the vehicle more rapidly.
Even during deep discharges beyond the intended
depth, the battery can ensure quick energy recovery,
avoiding adverse effects of over-discharging on its
lifespan.
Long Cycle Life: With a startup lifespan exceeding
200,000 cycles, it is twice that of regular batteries.
