1. Wheel disassembly
Use a jack to lift one side of the brake disc set that needs to be replaced,
loosen the wheel nuts, and remove the wheel.
2. Brake caliper disassembly
Loosen the brake caliper screws and remove the brake caliper.

3. Brake pad disassembly
Remove the brake pad retaining ring, remove the brake pad.
4. Dismantling of caliper bracket
Loosen the screws on the caliper bracket and remove the caliper bracket.
5. Brake disc disassembly
Loosen and remove the fastening screws (some models do not have
fastening screws). There are threaded holes on the brake disc. Find a
suitable size screw and screw it into the threaded hole to push the brake
disc out (some models do not have this screw hole, you can rotate the

brake disc from behind and tap it while using the brake disc to detach), and
finally remove the brake disc.
6. Brake disc installation
It is recommended to clean the installation position of the brake disc with a
wire brush and special cleaning agent, align the new brake disc with the
hole position, and tighten the fastening screws.
7. Caliper bracket installation
Install the caliper bracket back into its original position, tighten the screws
to a fixed torque, and apply thread locking adhesive before installing the
screws to prevent them from loosening.

8. Brake pad installation
Install new brake pads and brake pad retaining rings.

Remove the caliper, remove the hook, install the caliper back in place,
tighten the screws to the fixed torque, and apply thread locking adhesive

10. Tire installation
Install the tire and tighten the fixing nut to achieve a fixed torque.
