Troubleshooting
The blender stopped running
The seal ring won't come out
from the blade assembly for
cleaning.
The lid doesn't t in the glass
Unit appears to be leaking
The blade assembly is hard to
remove after blending
Food or ice isn't ne and smooth
The motor could have overheated. The resettable
fuse, which protects the motor due to overloading,
may have been tripped. When this happens, to reset
the appliance unplug the unit and let it cool for a
minimum of 15 minutes.
Then, reduce the contents of the blender jar and/
or clear any jams. Restart the unit as noted in the
operating directions.
Run under water and tap on the edge of sink upside
down to loosen the ring.
Ensure that both sides of the lid are inserted
simultaneously. Avoid inserting one side before the
other, as this can cause misalignment and prevent
proper closure.
1. Check if the correct jar assembly is used: 6-blade
assembly for blender jar, 4-blades assembly for
portable jar.
2. Check jar assembly is tightly attached to jar.
3. Make sure seal ring is properly in place.
4. Make sure seal ring is not damaged.
The ingredients cause pressure, and with the air
tight seal, pressure builds up creating a vacuum or a
suction eect. This is normal.
1. Better use Pulse function for starting the blending
process.
2. Check whether the food was not stirred around.
Scrape o the food and restart.
3. Check whether the food is too thick. The
proportion of the food and water is 2:3. Add more
water.
4. Don't overload blender jar or cups.
