1. SAFETY
WARNING! This product relies on the integrity of the existing structures on the ATV it is tted to. It is the owner’s responsibility to
ensure that:
9 The structure of the ATV is sound and capable of withstanding the weight of the rack and its contents.
9 The ATV manufacturer’s specication has been consulted to ensure that the ATV is safe to operate with cargo rack/s and their loads.
9 Ensure that the rack if tted to the ATV using the supplied ttings and that the ttings are capable of supporting both rack and load.
9 Check rack xings before each use.
9 Risk assess the load and where it is to be taken before use.
9 Remember that your ability to control the ATV by your body movements will be considerably reduced when carrying a load.
9 Racks and their loads should be tted as close to the centre of gravity as possible. Loads should be secured as appropriate.
8 DO NOT use racks to carry passengers.
2. INTRODUCTION
Lightweight but sturdy mesh surface to avoid accumulation of dust and water. Small mesh design protects items from falling through.
Constructed from high quality materials, capable of holding large items securely. Firmly attaches to ATV to prevent it falling o, even in
demanding conditions. Ample storage space with short sides and open top, allowing larger objects to t. Supplied with quick and easy ttings
and ts onto most standard ATVs. Powder coated metal frame, ensuring high strength and good wear resistance to withstand rugged outdoor
use.
3. INSTALLATION
3.1. The 4 U bolt xings must be used around the box section structure of the rack and the rack assembly of the ATV.
3.2. Location of the 4 U bolt xings is dependant on the design of the ATV. However they must be spaced so as to spread the load equally
across the rack.

a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely
unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids
according to local regulations.
