1. Read carefully and understand all ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION
INSTRUCTIONS before operating.
2. Failure to follow the safety rules and other basic safety precautions may
result in serious personal injury.
GENERAL SAFETY RULES
1.Wear goggles. During operation, dust, sparks and dust are harmful
to the gas.
2.There will be noise when the product works.It is recommended to
bring earplugs.
3.Be extremely careful and use common sense during the operation.
Never use alcohol, drugs, or prescription drugs Ring down to
operate the device. Read the instructions on the medication you are
taking to see if they will affect you The judgment and reaction power.
If you have any questions, do not operate this device.
4.Minors should not operate this product to avoid accidents or
injuries.
5.The air pressure of the air source is kept stable, so as not to affect
the work and life of the product.
6.Dress appropriately. Never wear loose long hair, and keep hair and
clothing away from this product.
7.The intake pressure shall not exceed the pressure specified in the
manual.
8.Disconnect the air source when servicing or replacing the device.
Cautions
1. If there is any quality problem and it cannot be repaired by
non-professional personnel, please contact the dealer or the
manufacturer for help.

2. When using, please put the butter gun lightly; do not put it on the
ground at will, because the head of the gun is sharp, to prevent the
injury or the residual butter outflow inside.
3. Don't point the gun at a person's face when used.
4. After use, wipe the pump head and the butter gun clean.Check
regularly whether the machine is complete and working properly.
5. Butter wire tubes shall not be kinked, twisted or stretched.
6. Excessive pressure causes damage to the butter gun head and
equipment.
7. Defective accessories should be replaced immediately.
8. Every time the butter gun is replaced, the gas source needs to
be closed without pressure.
9. Do not leave the device unattended when the device is turned on,
and always close it before leaving the work area and wait for the
device to stop completely.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Step1：Install Casters,Lock with nuts and spring washers(X)
FF-08B-20L，FF-09B-40L：
Install the wheels and insert the pins.
FF-08B-12L：

Step2: Remove the handle first, adjust the direction of the handle and
fasten with the bolt.(FF-08B-20L，FF-09B-40L)
Note:The handle of FF-08B-12L has been installed.
Step3：Open the butter bucket cap and pour butter into it. Then install the
butter bucket cap and fasten it. (FF-08B-12L，FF-08B-20L)
For Model FF-09B-40L:Put the standard butter barrel into the butter bucket,
then install the butter bucket cap and fasten it.
Note: The standard butter barrel has an inside diameter of 23.8cm and a
height of 34cm.

Step4：Connect the hose to the grease pump inlet and the grease gun to
the other end of the hose.Access the air source, adjust the intake pressure
through the pressure valve.
Note:Wrap a few loops of raw material around the joint as needed.

MAINTENANCE
1. The air entering the pump needs to be filtered to avoid damage to
the pump.
2. When using the hose, avoid excessive bending and overloading of
the hose, as this can lead to damage.
3. After using the product, please disconnect the gas source, and
then clean the grease gun.
4. Do not overload or idle the pump to avoid damage
5. If the product is not used for a long time, please clean it thoroughly.

légèrement ; ne le posez pas au sol à volonté, car la tête du pistolet
est tranchante, pour éviter les blessures ou la sortie de beurre
résiduel à l'intérieur.

est utilisée.
13. Après utilisation, essuyez la tête de pompe et le pistolet à

gaz doit être fermée sans pression.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Étape 1 : installer les roulettes, verrouiller avec des écrous et des rondelles
élastiques (X)

Installez les roues et insérez les broches.
FF-08B - 12L :
Étape 2 : Retirez d'abord la poignée, ajustez la direction de la poignée et
fixez -la avec le boulon . ( FF-08 B -20L, FF-0 9 B - 40L).
Remarque : La poignée du FF-08 B -12L a été installée .
Étape 3 : Ouvrez le bouchon du seau à beurre et versez-y le beurre .

Installez ensuite le bouchon du seau à beurre et fixez-le . ( FF-08B - 12L ,
FF-08B - 20L)
Pour le modèle FF-0 9 B - 40L : placez le baril de beurre standard dans le
seau à beurre , puis installez le capuchon du seau à beurre et fixez-le .
Note: Le baril à beurre standard a un diamètre intérieur de 23,8 cm et une
hauteur de 34 cm.
Étape 4 : Connectez le tuyau à l' entrée de la pompe à graisse et le pistolet
à graisse à l'autre extrémité du tuyau . Accédez à la source d'air , ajustez la
pression d'admission via la soupape de pression .
Remarque : Enroulez quelques boucles de matière première autour du
joint si nécessaire .

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

GENERAL SAFETY RULES
1. Draag een veiligheidsbril. Tijdens bedrijf zijn stof, vonken en stof

2. Er zal geluid zijn wanneer het product werkt . Het wordt
aanbevolen om oordopjes mee te nemen.
3. Wees uiterst voorzichtig en gebruik uw gezond verstand tijdens de
operatie. Gebruik nooit alcohol, drugs of medicijnen op recept. Bel
naar beneden om het apparaat te bedienen. Lees de instructies van

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Stap 1: Installeer zwenkwielen, vergrendel met moeren en veerringen (X)
FF-08 B -20L, FF-0 9 B - 40L:
Installeer de wielen en steek de pinnen erin.

Stap 2 : Verwijder eerst de hendel, pas de richting van de hendel aan en
zet hem vast met de bout . ( FF-08 B -20L, FF-0 9 B - 40L)
Opmerking: Het handvat van FF-08 B -12L is geïnstalleerd .
Stap 3 : Open de dop van de boteremmer en giet er boter in . Installeer
vervolgens de dop van de boteremmer en zet deze vast . ( FF-08 B -12L ,
FF-08 B -20L)
Voor model FF-0 9 B - 40L: Plaats het standaard botervat in de
Handle

boteremmer , installeer vervolgens de dop van de boteremmer en zet deze
vast .
Opmerking: Het standaard botervat l heeft een binnendiameter van 23,8
cm en een hoogte van 34 cm.
Stap 4 : Sluit de slang aan op de inlaat van de vetpomp en het vetspuit op
het andere uiteinde van de slang . Toegang tot de luchtbron , pas de
inlaatdruk aan via het drukventiel .
Opmerking: Wikkel indien nodig een paar lussen ruw materiaal rond de
verbinding t .

MAINTENANCE
7. De lucht die de pomp binnenkomt, moet worden gefilterd om
schade aan de pomp te voorkomen.

Steg 2 : Ta först bort handtaget , justera handtagets riktning och fäst med
bulten .( FF-08 B -20L， FF-0 9 B - 40L)
Obs: Handtaget på FF-08 B -12L har installerats .
Steg 3 : Öppna smörhinkens lock och häll smör i den. Montera sedan
smörhinkens lock och fäst den . ( FF-08 B -12L , FF-08 B -20L)
För modell FF-0 9 B - 40L: Sätt standardsmörtunnan i smörhinken ,
installera sedan smörhinkens lock och fäst den .

Notera: Standard butter barrel l har en innerdiameter på 23,8 cm och en
höjd på 34 cm.
Steg 4: Anslut slangen till fettpumpens inlopp och fettpistolen till den andra
änden av slangen . Gå till luftkällan , justera insugningstrycket genom
tryckventilen .
Obs: Linda några öglor av råmaterial runt skarven efter behov .

MAINTENANCE
8. Luften som kommer in i pumpen måste filtreras för att undvika
skador på pumpen.
2. Undvik överdriven böjning och överbelastning av slangen vid
