Check the condition of the Shoulder Straps and Cords before use and discontinue
use of the vest if worn or frayed.

Adjustment of the Weighted Vest
Beforeuse,adjusttheCordStopperstothe
ends of the cords on both sides.Adjust the
Shoulder Straps on both sides to a loose
position.
Followthestepsbelowtoputonandadjust
thevesttotyourbody.
Put the vest on and zip it up.

sides to move the vest up or down to
the desired position.

AdjusttheCord Stoppers on both
sides close to your body to tighten the
vest appropriately.
