Your safety and the safety of others are very important. We have provided many important safety messages in
this manual when using the appliance. Always read and obey all safety messages.
This is the safety alert symbol. All safety messages will follow the safety alert symbol and the word
DANGER or WARNING. These words mean that you can be killed or seriously injured if you do not
follow immediately the safety instructions given.
All safety messages will tell you what the potential hazard is, how to reduce the chance of injury and what can
happen if the instructions are not followed.
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric
shock, and injury to persons or property. Read all instructions before using any appliance.
· This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall
not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by childen without supervision.
·· Do not operate this or any other appliance with a damaged cord. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer or similarly qualified personnel in order to avoid a hazard.
· The ice maker must be positioned so that the plug is accessible. It must be connected to properly polarised
outlets only. No other appliance should be plugged into the same outlet. Be sure that the plug is fully inserted
into the receptacle.
· Do not run the power cord over carpeting or other heat insulators. Do not cover the cord. Keep the cord away
from traffic areas, and do not submerge in water.
·· The use of an extension cord is not recommended as it may overheat an become a fire risk. If an extension
cord must be used, it has to be No. 0.75mm

minimum size and rated no less than 16A/250V with a plug.
· Unplug the ice maker before cleaning or making any repairs or servicing.
· Exercise caution and use reasonable supervision when the appliance is used near children.
· Do not use the ice maker outdoors. Place the ice maker away from direct sunlight and make sure that there is
at least 15cm of space between the back of the unit and wall. Keep a minimum distance of at least 15cm on
each side of the unit free from any surface or obstruction. Ensure ample air circulation around the appliance.
· Do not use any liquid other than water to make ice cubes.
· Do not clean the ice maker with flammable fluids. The fumes can create a fire hazard or explosion.
· Do not tip over the ice maker.
· If the ice maker is brought in from outside in winter time, let it stand for a few hours until it reaches room
temperature before plugging it in.
· This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
· Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
· Do not store combustible substances such as aerosol cans with a flammable propellant in this appliance.
· This appliance is intended to be used in a household and similar applicatons such as:
· staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments
· farm houses and by customers in hotels, motels, and other residential-type environments
· bed and breakfast-type environments
· catering and similar non-retail applications

WARNING
Risk of fire/flammable materials used. Please adhere to local regulations regarding disposal of the appliance due
to its flammable gas.

process other than those recommended by the manufacturer.

· This appliance must be earthed.
The wires in the mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code:
Green and yellow Grounding

Brown Live
To avoid a hazard due to instability of the appliance, ensure that it must be placed on a flat or even surface.

BEFORE FIRST USE
UNPACKING THE APPLIANCE
1. Remove all exterior and interior packaging. Then check that all accessories are included. If any part is
missing, please contact our Customer Service immediately.
2. Remove all tapes on the appliance. Open the top transparent window and remove the all the accessories
inside.
3. Clean the interior, such as the water reservoir, ice cube ejection spring and other parts, with a soft, cloth
soaked in lukewarm water.
4. Place the appliance on a flat surface and away from direct sunlight and other sources of heat (such as a
radiator, stove or furnance). Make sure that there is at least 15cm of space between the back and sides of
the appliance and the wall.
5. Allow one hour for the refrigerant fluid to settle down before plugging in the appliance.
6. The power plug must be directly accessible.
INSTALLING THE APPLIANCE
DANGER
Improper use of the grounded plug can result in the risk of electric shock. If the power cord is damaged, please
contact our Customer Service immediately.
1. The appliance must be properly grounded fro your safety. The power cord is equipped with a grounding plug
that mates with standard grounding wall outlets to minimise the possibility of an electric shock.
2. Plug the appliance into an exclusive, properly installed grounding wall outlet. Do not, under any circumstances,
damage the grounding means of the plug. If you have any questions concerning power and/or grounding,
please consult a certified electrician.
3. This appliance requires a standard 220-240V/50Hz electrical outlet with good grounding means.
CLEANING THE APPLIANCE
Before first using the appliance, it is recommended to clean it thoroughly. Unplug the appliance before performing
any cleaning tasks.
1. Remove all the accessories inside the top transparent window if you had not already done so.
2. Clean the interior with a soft cloth and a diluted detergent and warm water mixture. First, pour the warm
water with the diluted detergent into the internal water reservoir and the space below the top transparent
window. Then use the soft cloth to wipe the surface.
3. Use the same water mixture to rinse the inside parts. After cleaning, unplug the drain plug at the bottom of
the appliance and drain out all the water.
4. The exterior of the appliance should be cleaned regularly with a soft cloth soaked in a mild detergent and
warm water solution.
5. Dry the interior and exterior of the appliance with a soft cloth.
66. If the appliance is not in use for a prolonged period, drain out all water completely from the water reservoir
with the drain plug.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Open the side door and pour water into the water reservoir as shown below. Ensure that the filled water does
not exceed the maximum water level.
2. Plug in the appliance into the mains power outlet. The icon will flash in the LCD display screen.
3. Press the ON/OFF button on the control panel to begin the ice cube making process. The icon will
change to an always on status in the LCD display scrfeen and the icon will flash. The default ice cube
size is large. If you wish to select the small ice cube size, press the SELECT button to choose icon.
If the ice cubes produced are not to your satisfaction, you can extend the ice cube making cycle time by
using the SELECT button. During the ice cube making process, plress the ON/OFF button and hold for at
least 5 secs. The digit ‘0’ will appear in the TIMER delay time in the LCD display screen. Continue to press
the SELECT button and the digit will go through the sequence from ‘0’ to ’1’ to ‘2’ and then back to ‘0’.
With digit ‘1’ setting, it will add one minute to standard ice cube making cycle time. Likewise, with digit ‘2’, the
ice making cycle duration will be extended. After 5 secs, the settng will be complete and the digit will
disappear. The duration wil be kept in memory by the appliance. However, if the appliance is unplugged,
the time setting will revert to its default setting.
44. The ice cube making cycle will lasts between 6 mins and 12 mins, depending on the size of the ice cubes
selected and the ambient temperature.
5. While the appliance is in operation, check the water level periodically. If the water pump is not pumping out
water, the appliance will stop automatically. Following this, the icon will light up in the LCD display screen
and the arrow will start to flash. This means that water needs to be added to the water reservoir inside.
It is recommended to turn off the appliance first using the ON/OFF button. Then fill in water to the maximum
water level mark. After that, press the ON/OFF button to restart the appliance. If you only fill in water but do
not press any button, it will take a longer time to produce the ice cubes. Allow the refrigerant liquid inside the
compressor to settle down for at least 3 mins before restarting the appliance.

6. The appliance will automatically stop working when the ice cubes are full and the icon appears in the
LCD display screen,
7. To dispense ice cubes, place a ice cube container on the drip tray and press the ICE button once on the
control panel. The icon will light up in the LCD display screen and the ice cube ejection spring will start to
rotate and push the ice cubes out. Press the ICE button again and the icon will disappear from the
LCD display screen. The ice cube ejection spring will stop rotating and ice cubes will not flow out.
88. To dispense water, place a cup or glass on the drip tray and press the WATER button once. The icon
will light up and water will begin to flow out. The TIMER will display 10 S to indicate that the water will flow
for 10 secs. After the duration, the icon will disappear and water will stop flowing out.
If the water flowing time is too short or too long, press the WATER button and hold for at least 5 secs. The
digit ‘10’ will appear in the TIMER delay time in the LCD display screen. Continue to press the SELECT button
to set the preferred water dispensing time which ranges from 7 secs to 25 secs. This setting will be kept in
memory by the appliance and water will be dispensed on the new set time.
9. In order to clean the internal parts or change the potable water inside
the appliance, it is necessary to drain out all remaining water in the
water reservoir. Unplug the drain plug located near the drip tray and
water will flow out from the appliance. If the appliance is supplied with
a plastic soft tube, connect this soft tube to the water drain port to
faciliate the water drainage.
110. The water in the water reservoir should be changed every 24 hrs to
ensure a reasonable level of hygiene. If the appliance is not to be used
for prolonged periods, drain out all water from the water reservoir and
wipe dry the appliance.

When the appliance is in operation, the OFF-TIMER can be set to turn it
off at a particular time. Likewise, when the appliance is on standby, the
ON-TIMER can be set to start the appliance automatically at a preset
time.
Press the TIMER button first. The default delay time is 1.0 hr shown in
the LCD dispaly screen. Next, press the SELECT button to set your
desired delay time. Each press of the SELECdesired delay time. Each press of the SELECT button will increase
the delay time by 0.5 hr. If you press and hold the SELECT button, the
delay time will change very quickly. During the process of adjustment,
the letter ‘H’ will flash. After 5 secs without any further pressing, ‘H’
will stop flashing and change to always-on. This indicates that the
timer setting has been completed.
When the appliance has been set with the timer, press the TIMER
button.button. The delay time digits and ‘H’ will disappear. This means the
timer set has been cancelled.

The manufacturer provides warranty in accordance with Australian legislation with a minimum of one year
starting from the date on which the appliance is sold to the end user.
The warranty only covers defects in materials or workmanship.
The repairs under warranty may only be carried out by an authorised service centre. When making a claim
under the warranty, the original invoice with purchase date must be submitted.
The warranty will NOT apply in cases of:
• Normal wear and tear
• Incorrect use, such as overloading of the appliance and use of non-approved accessories
• Use of force and/or damage caused by external influences
• Damage caused by non-observance of the user manual, such as connection to an unsuitable mains
supply or non-compliance with installation instructions
• Partially or completely dismantled appliances
