Note of power supply cord:
a) A short power-supply cord (or detachable power-supply cord) is provided to reduce the risk
resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
b) Longer detachable power-supply cords or extension cords are available and may be used if care
is exercised in their use.
c) If a longer detachable power-supply cord or extension cord is used:
1) The marked electrical rating of the cord set or extension cord should be at least as great as the
electrical rating of the appliance;
2) The cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the counter-top or tabletop where it can
be pulled on by children or tripped over unintentionally; and
3) If the appliance is of the grounded type, the cord set or extension cord should be a
grounding-type 3-wire cord.

BEFORE FIRST USE:
1. Remove all plastic, tape and stickers.
2. Wipe the inside and outside of the unit
with warm water.
3. Remove all accessories from their
packaging and wash them in warm,
soapy water or in the dishwasher, top
rack only. NEVER submerge the main
unit in water.
• Hand washing is recommended.
Frequent dishwasher cleaning may lead
to premature wear.
SET UP FOR FIRST USE:
1. Place the unit on a stable and heat-
resistant surface.
2. Fill the water tank with water
(Figure 1).
3. Slide in the drip tray, located at the
bottom, under the door (Figure 1).
4. Slide the accessory into the desired rack
position or one of the recommended
positions from the 120 preprogrammed
presets (Figure 2).
Note: The Stainless Steel Tray is required
when cooking.

•
*When the unit makes a loud noise in steady intervals, this means that the water tank needs
to be lled. When using the SOUS VIDE, STEAM and COMBO functions, always check the water
level in the water tank.
• It is perfectly normal for your new unit to produce a heated plastic smell when used for the
rst time. This will go away after the rst few uses.

MUTE: To mute the beeps, press and hold
the SOUS VIDE button for 2 seconds until
you hear 2 beeps. Repeat the process to
unmute.
LOCK: To disable the functions, press and
hold the STEAM button for 2 seconds until
you hear 2 beeps. To unlock, either repeat
the process or press the POWER button.

POWER
The POWER button turns the unit ON. When
turned OFF, it will cancel all other functions.
START/PAUSE
Press the START/PAUSE dial to begin or
pause cooking. Press it again to resume
cooking. Turn the dial to adjust the TEMP,
TIME, STEAM %, and PRESET number.

TEMP
The default SOUS VIDE temperature is
135°F with a range of 50-212°F.
To adjust the temperature, press TEMP and
turn the START/PAUSE dial to adjust the
temperature in 1-degree increments.
Change from Fahrenheit to Celsius
(Default is Fahrenheit.)
1. Press and hold the TEMP button for 4
seconds until you hear 2 beeps. The
display will show “C” for Celsius.
2. Repeat to return to Fahrenheit.

TIME
The default time is set to 15 minutes (00:15)
and can be adjusted in 1-minute increments.
The format displays hours and minutes.
1. Press TIME.
2. Turn START/PAUSE dial to adjust.

1. Press the TIME button for 2 seconds.
The format will then display minutes and
seconds (15:00)
2. Repeat to change back.
STEAM
STEAM
The STEAM function can be adjusted for
both SOUS VIDE and COMBO. You can
modify the steam percentage based on the
temperature you set. Refer to the chart in
Cooking Functions for details.
PREHEAT
PREHEAT
Select to preheat the unit to a specic
cooking temperature.
1. Choose the cooking function.
2. Adjust the cooking temperature and time
as needed.
3. Press PREHEAT; and will be lit.
4. Press START/PAUSE; the display will
show “PREHEATING.”
5. When the unit reaches the set
temperature, it will show “READY,” beep
twice, and start a 10-second countdown.
6. Insert the food, close the door, and the
cooking cycle will begin.
7. When cooking is complete, the unit will
beep three times and display “END”.

Note:
• If food is not added by the end of the
countdown, the cooking cycle will start
automatically.
• Press PREHEAT to cancel anytime
during the preheat cycle.
• Presets with a PREHEAT function will
operate the same way as described
above in directions 3-5. The PREHEAT
indicator will be lit.
Set to Automatic Preheat
1. Press and hold PREHEAT for 2 seconds
until you hear 2 beeps; auto preheat is set.
2. Repeat to turn off automatic preheat.
COOKING FUNCTIONS
SOUS VIDE SOUS VIDE is the default
function at 135°F for 15 minutes, steam
90%. When the unit is turned on, all cooking
functions can be adjusted both before and
during cooking.
1. Press START/PAUSE to begin the
cooking cycle. When nished, the unit will
beep 3 times and display “END.”
• DO NOT cover the steam vent and
ensure the drip tray is in place.
• ALWAYS make sure the water tank is
lled with room temperature water only,
when using the SOUS VIDE, STEAM, or
COMBO functions
SOUS VIDE
SOUS VIDE
The default settings are 135°F for 15
minutes with steam at 90%. The temperature
range is 50°F-212°F, and the steam range is
10%-90%. When the unit is powered on, it
defaults to the Sous Vide function.
1. Select SOUS VIDE and ensure the water
tank is lled.
2. Turn the START/PAUSE dial to adjust
the steam percentage.
3. Set your desired cooking temperature
and time.
4. Press START/PAUSE to start the
cooking cycle.
STEAM
STEAM
The default setting is 210°F for 15 minutes
and the time range is 00:00-99:59. The
temperature is xed and cannot be adjusted;
only the cooking time can be changed.
1. Select STEAM and ensure the water tank
is lled.
2. Adjust the time using the START/PAUSE
dial.
3. Press START/PAUSE to begin the
cooking cycle.
• The Steam function stays on TIME no
need to press. Cannot press TEMP does
not work with steam.
COMBO
COMBO
COMBO combines STEAM and AIR FRY.
The default is 350°F for 15 minutes with 10%
steam. The temperature range is 50°F*-
425°F.
1. Select “COMBO” and ensure the water
tank is full.
2. Adjust the steam level using the
START/PAUSE dial.
3. Set your preferred cooking temperature
and time.
4. Press START/PAUSE to start cooking.

AIR FRY
The default setting is 350°F for 15 minutes,
with a temperature range of 50°F-450°F.
1. Select AIR FRY.
2. Turn the START/PAUSE dial to adjust
the temperature.
3. To adjust the time, select TIME then turn
the START/PAUSE dial.
4. Press START/PAUSE to begin the
cooking cycle.
XCRISPY
XCRISPY
The default setting is 450°F for an extra
2 minutes after the cooking cycle ends to
add extra crispiness. Press POWER or the
XCRISPY button to cancel.
1. Select a cooking function and adjust the
settings for your recipe.
2. Press XCRISPY to add 2 minutes to your
cooking time.
3. When XCRISPY is engaged, you can
adjust the temperature and time.
4. When nished, the display will show
“END” and the unit will beep 3 times.
STAGE
STAGE
There are 3 programmable stages. When
STAGE is selected, the stage number
(STG) and 1800W will be displayed. Enter
the function, then adjust the temperature,
time, and steam % as desired. You can add
PREHEAT and XCRISPY to any stage.
1. Press STAGE to display “1” and “STG.”
2. Select the function to be used.
3. Adjust the cooking temperature and time
as desired.
4. For stages 2 and 3, repeat steps 1-3.
5. Press START/PAUSE to begin the
cooking cycle.
Note:
• If you press the TEMPERATURE or TIME
buttons after selecting a stage, the default
SOUS VIDE function will appear.
• Stages without a set time will be skipped.
• Presets with multiple stages will only
illuminate if more than one stage is used.
• You can adjust the temperature and time
for each stage, either before or during the
cooking process.
Setting stages with STEAM and AIR FRY
Preheat can be included in the second
stage, AIR FRY.
1. Press STAGE to select STAGE 1, then
choose STEAM.
2. Adjust the time if needed.
3. Press STAGE 2, select both AIR FRY
and PREHEAT, and make any necessary
adjustments.
4. When STAGE 1 is complete, “REMOVE”
will be displayed.
5. Remove the food, close the door, and
preheat for STAGE 2 will begin.
6. Once preheated to the set temperature,
“ADD” will be displayed, indicating it’s time
to place the food into the unit.
7. After closing the door, the cooking cycle
for STAGE 2 will start.
• You have 10 minutes to complete the
“REMOVE” and “ADD” steps; otherwise,
the unit will end the cooking cycle.

PRESET
There are 120 preset recipes that can be
adjusted but not changed. Some presets
may include actions such as FLIP, SHAKE,
ADD, ROTATE, or BRUSH, which will scroll
on the display.
For presets that require preheating,
“PREHEAT” will be displayed. Presets with
more than one stage will show “STAGE.”
The 50 user presets cannot have actions
added. Press PRESET twice to access
presets 121-170. You can adjust the
temperature, time, and steam before and
during the cooking cycle for these presets.
To Select a Preset
1. Press PRESET; “1” will be displayed.
2. Choose the desired preset number.
3. Make adjustments to temperature and
time before or during the cooking cycle.
4. Press START/PAUSE to begin cooking.
• The preset name will appear when the
cooking cycle starts or when adjustments
are made to temperature or time.
CREATE YOUR OWN PRESET
User presets 121-170
1. Press PRESET twice; “121” will appear.
2. Select the preset number to use.
3. Choose the function and adjust the
temperature and time as needed.
4. Press and hold PRESET for 2 seconds;
“SAVE” will display and the unit will beep
twice.
5. Press START/PAUSE to begin the
cooking cycle.
Create Your Own Preset from Existing
Presets
1. Select the preset number you want to
adjust.
2. Adjust the cooking temperature and time
as desired.
3. Press PRESET twice to display “121”
and choose the preset number to save
the new settings.
4. Press and hold PRESET for 2 seconds
“SAVE” will display and the unit will beep
twice.
5. Press START/PAUSE to begin the
cooking cycle.
Using STEAM and AIR FRY in a Stage or
Preset
1. After the rst stage, STEAM, completes,
“REMOVE” will be displayed and the unit
will beep 3 times.
2. Remove the food, and preheating will
begin, displaying “PREHEAT.”
3. Once preheated, “ADD” will appear,
indicating you should open the door and
return the food to the unit.
4. Close the door, and the AIR FRY cooking
will continue.

1. Press LIGHT to turn the light on; press
again to turn it off.
2. The light will automatically turn on when
the door is opened during the cooking
cycle. You can press LIGHT to turn it off
while the door is open.
3. If the door remains open for 5 minutes,
the light will turn off. If the door remains
open the unit will remain in pause status.

WATTS
The unit offers 3 wattage settings (1800W,
1500W, 700W) to meet various needs,
including use in dorms, RVs, or older homes
that can’t support 1800W. The default setting
is 1800W.
The selected wattage will be saved when
the unit is turned off but will revert to 1800W
when the unit is unplugged.
1. Press and hold WATTS for 2 seconds
and will change to the next wattage.
2. Repeat until you reach your selection.

1. Wash the tray with warm soapy water.
2. Scrub using a dish brush and white
vinegar.
3. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a clean
towel.
REPLACING THE LIGHT BULB
The bulb is a halogen
bulb, 25W and 120V.
To Remove:
1. Turn the cover
clockwise and
remove.
2. Grab the bulb using
2 ngers and pull it
down.
3. When replacing, align
the prongs of the
bulb with socket, then
push up.
4. Place the cover over
the bulb and turn it
counterclockwise.
Note:
• It may be difcult when rst removing the
cover.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Turn off and and unplug the unit.
Remove all water. Clean the unit after
each use and allow it to cool completely.
2. NEVER use steel wool or abrasive pads
on the interior or exterior.
3. For the interior, wipe with warm, soapy
water, then rinse.
4. For the exterior, apply a cleaning agent to
a cloth towel, not directly to the unit, and
dry thoroughly.
5. For the glass window, spray glass
cleaner on a clean cloth and clean both
sides. Rinse with a damp cloth and dry
completely with a clean towel.
6. Clean accessories with a dish brush or
non-abrasive pad. Soak if necessary for
up to 10 minutes.
7. ALWAYS remove excess water from the
cavity and ensure the unit is completely
dry.
Thorough Cleaning: (baked on foods)
1. Heat the unit to 150°F/60°C with 90%
steam for 15 minutes.
2. Turn the unit OFF; oven cleaners work
better on warm surfaces.
3. Apply oven cleaner to the interior walls,
avoiding the heating element.
4. Close the door and let the cleaner sit as
directed on the bottle.
5. Rinse the walls with plain water using a
spray or cloth.
6. Repeat rinsing until no residue remains.
7. Set the unit to 250°F/149°C with 90%
steam for 10 minutes to burn off any
remaining residue. Open the door, spritz
the walls, and wipe dry.
8. Rinse again and wipe dry thoroughly.
• Clean the Steam Plate with a
non-abrasive descaler.
For the Stainless Steel Tray:
• Some foods may cause discoloration or a
lm to the Stainless Steel tray.

The Unit is not turning on.
1. Check the power button or START/PAUSE has been pressed.
2. The unit may have overheated. Allow to cool completely.
The door does not close completely.
1. Push the handle to check the door is completely shut.
2. The food to be cooked is too large. Decrease the size or amount of the food to be cooked.
3. Check the accessories are set in place properly.
The Food is Pale Doesn’t Look Cooked.
1. May need to cook longer.
2. Brush oil on the food, before, during, or near the end of the cooking.
The LED is Blank.
1. The unit may have overheated.
2. Shut off and unplug the unit and allow to cool down. If still not working Contact Customer service.
Water overowing the STEAM PLATE or water puddled on top or underneath the unit.
1. Be sure the steam release valve is not covered.
2. Check the Drip Tray is in place or has overflowed.
The light will not turn on.
1. Check the connection (see Replacing the Light Bulb).
2. The light bulb may need to be replaced.
White smoke is coming out of the unit.
1. You are frying greasy foods, or there is greasy residue from previous use.
2. Be sure the Air Fry Basket, Base Tray and Cooking Rack are properly cleaned after every use.
Error Message:
Er1 The unit has over-heated. Turn off and allow to cool completely.
Err1 The unit has short circuited. Contact Customer Service.

LIMITED WARRANTY
THE MANUFACTURER WARRANTS
Nuwave, LLC warrants the Nuwave® Sous Vide Combi Steam Oven will be free from manufacturer
defects for 1 year from the date of purchase, under normal household use, and when operated in
accordance with the Manufacturer’s written instructions. The Limited Warranty covers the Original
Purchaser only. The Manufacturer will provide the necessary parts and labor to repair the product at
the Nuwave LLC Service Department. After the expiration of the warranty, the cost of the parts and
labor will be the responsibility of the owner.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
The Limited Warranty is voided if repairs are made by an unauthorized dealer, or the serial number
data plate is removed or defaced. Normal deterioration of nish due to use or exposure is not covered
by this Warranty. This Limited Warranty does not cover failure, damages, or inadequate performance
due to accident, acts of God (such as lightning), uctuations in electric power, alterations, abuse,
misuse, misapplications, corrosive-type atmospheres, improper installation, failure to operate in
accordance with the Manufacturer’s written instructions, abnormal use, commercial or rental uses, or
resold units. Nuwave LLC reserves the right to void the Limited Warranty, where allowable by law, for
products purchased from an unauthorized dealer.
TO OBTAIN SERVICE
The owner shall have the obligation and responsibility to pay for all services and parts not covered by
the warranty; prepay the freight to and from Service Department for any part or system returned under
this warranty; and carefully package the product using adequate padding material to prevent damage
in transit. The original container is ideal for this purpose. Include in the package the owner’s name,
address, daytime telephone number, a detailed description of the problem, and RGA (Return Goods

MANUFACTURER’S OBLIGATION
The Manufacturer’s obligation under this Limited Warranty is limited, to the extent allowable by law, to
repairing or replacing any part covered by this Limited Warranty which upon examination is found to
be defective under normal use. The Limited Warranty is applicable only within the continental United
States and only to the original purchaser of the manufacturer’s authorized channels of distribution.
THE LIMITED WARRANTY MAY NOT BE ALTERED, VARIED OR EXTENDED EXCEPT BY A
WRITTEN INSTRUMENT EXECUTED BY THE MANUFACTURER. THE REMEDY OF REPAIR
OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE. IN NO
EVENT SHALL THE MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL
DAMAGES TO ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT OCCASIONED BY NEGLIGENCE OF THE
MANUFACTURER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, COSTS

LIMITED WARRANTY
DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE
For disputes relating to use of the website or use or purchase of a Nuwave product or service
(collectively “Disputes”), you agree to rst contact Nuwave LLC at legal@nuwavenow.com. If we
cannot resolve your dispute informally, any and all disputes shall be submitted to nal and binding
arbitration. You may start the arbitration process by submitting in writing a demand to the American
Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and sending a copy to Nuwave. Nuwave will pay all ling costs. A
single arbitrator of the AAA will conduct the arbitration in a location convenient to you or by phone.
The arbitrator’s award will be binding and may be entered as a judgment in a court of competent
jurisdiction. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of AAA’s Commercial
Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures in effect at the time of submission of your demand for

be required by law as determined by an arbitrator, no party or arbitrator may disclose the existence,
content, or results of any arbitration hereunder without prior written consent of both parties.
A. WAIVER OF RIGHT TO SUE. By agreeing to arbitration, you understand that, to the maximum
extent permitted by law, you are agreeing to waive your right to le suit in any court, to a court hearing,
a judge trial, or a jury trial.
B. CLASS ACTION WAIVER. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you expressly agree to refrain
from bringing or joining any claims in any representative or class-wide capacity, including but not
limited to, bringing or joining any claims in any class action or class-wide arbitration.
C. OPT OUT PROCEDURE. To request to opt out of arbitration you must contact Nuwave LLC at
legal@nuwavenow.com, Nuwave LLC, 560 Bunker Ct., Vernon Hills, IL 60061, U.S.A. You will have
thirty (30) days from the date of product delivery to opt out of arbitration with respect to any dispute
arising out of or relating to use or purchase of any Nuwave product. If more than 30 days have passed,
you are not eligible to opt out of arbitration and will have waived your right to sue or participate in a
class action with respect to the dispute arising out of your purchase or use of a Nuwave product. For
any dispute arising out of your use of Nuwave’s website, you have thirty (30) days from the date you
provided information to the website to opt out of arbitration. If more than 30 days have passed, you are
not eligible to opt out of arbitration and you will have waived your right to sue and participate in a class
action with respect to the dispute arising out of your use of Nuwave’s website.
D. SOME MATTERS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the
following shall not be subject to arbitration and may be adjudicated only in the state and federal courts
of Illinois: (i) any dispute, controversy, or claim relating to or contesting the validity of our intellectual
property rights and proprietary rights, including without limitation, patents, trademarks, service
marks, copyrights, or trade secrets; (ii) an action by a party for temporary, preliminary, or permanent
injunctive relief, whether prohibitive or mandatory, or other provisional relief; or (iii) interactions with
governmental and regulatory authorities. You expressly agree to refrain from bringing or joining any
claims in any representative or class-wide capacity, including but not limited to, bringing or joining any
claims in any class action or any class-wide arbitration.
