SAFETY INSTRUCTION AND PRECAUTIONS
WARNING:
Read this material before using this product. Failure to do so can result in
serious injury.
1. This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with this item.
2. Use as intended only. Do not stand on the product.
3. This product needs to be used with a forklift truck.
4. Never exceed the load capacity of the fork extenders.
5. When picking up a load, the load center should never exceed 50% of the
fork extension.
OPERATION AS BELOW
1.Take out the extended fork cover, place it flat on the ground, and adjust
the distance between the forklift truck and the fork according to the width of
the goods.
2. Insert a straight end of the extension fork sleeve strap latch hole into the
fork tip of the forklift fork, and insert it horizontally until the bottom end of
the forklift fork.(Figure 1, Figure 2)

3. Insert the cylindrical pin into the pinhole of the extended fork sleeve.

4. Then take out the iron chain with R-shaped pins at both ends and insert
the R-shaped pins into the round holes at both ends of the pin shaft.

4. Ne dépassez jamais la capacité de charge des rallonges de fourche.
5. Lors du ramassage d'une charge, le centre de charge ne doit jamais
dépasser 50 % de l'extension de la fourche.
OPERATION AS BELOW
1. Retirez le couvre-fourche étendu, placez-le à plat sur le sol et ajustez la
distance entre le chariot élévateur et la fourche en fonction de la largeur de
la marchandise.
2. Insérez une extrémité droite du trou de verrouillage de la sangle du
manchon de fourche d'extension dans l'extrémité de la fourche du chariot
élévateur et insérez-la horizontalement jusqu'à l'extrémité inférieure de la
fourche du chariot élévateur . (Figure 1, Figure 2).

3. Insérez la goupille cylindrique dans le trou d'épingle du manchon de
fourche rallongé. (Figure 3)

4. Retirez ensuite la chaîne en fer avec les broches en forme de R aux
deux extrémités et insérez les broches en forme de R dans les trous ronds

OPERATION AS BELOW
1. Nehmen Sie die verlängerte Gabelabdeckung heraus, legen Sie sie
flach auf den Boden und passen Sie den Abstand zwischen Gabelstapler
und Gabel entsprechend der Breite der Ware an.
2. Führen Sie ein gerades Ende des Verriegelungslochs der
Verlängerungsgabelhülse in die Gabelspitze der Gabelstaplergabel ein
und führen Sie es horizontal bis zum unteren Ende der Gabelstaplergabel

3. Dit product moet worden gebruikt met een vorkheftruck.
4. Overschrijd nooit het draagvermogen van de vorkverlengers.
5. Bij het oppakken van een last mag het lastzwaartepunt nooit groter zijn
dan 50% van de vorkverlenging.
OPERATION AS BELOW
1. Haal de verlengde vorkafdekking eruit, plaats deze plat op de grond en
pas de afstand tussen de vorkheftruck en de vork aan op basis van de
breedte van de goederen.
2. Steek een recht uiteinde van het vergrendelingsgat van de
verlengingsvorkhuls in de vorkpunt van de vorkheftruckvork en steek het
horizontaal in tot aan het onderste uiteinde van de vorkheftruckvork .

3. Steek de cilindrische pen in het gaatje van de verlengde vorkhuls.

4. Haal vervolgens de ijzeren ketting met R-vormige pinnen aan beide
uiteinden eruit en steek de R-vormige pinnen in de ronde gaten aan beide
uiteinden van de pin-as. (Figuur 4, Figuur 5)

5. Nadat de verlengde vorkhuls is geïnstalleerd, kunt u de vorkheftruck
gebruiken om de goederen normaal op te halen. (Figuur 6)

5. Vid upptagning av en last får lastcentrum aldrig överstiga 50 % av
gaffelförlängningen.
OPERATION AS BELOW
1.Ta ut det förlängda gaffelskyddet, placera det plant på marken och
justera avståndet mellan gaffeltrucken och gaffeln efter godsets bredd.
2. Sätt in en rak ände av spärrhålet för förlängningsgaffelhylsan i
gaffelspetsen på gaffelgaffeln och för in den horisontellt tills gaffelgaffelns
nedre ände.( Figur 1, Figur 2)

3. Sätt in det cylindriska stiftet i hålet på den förlängda gaffelhylsan. (Figur

4. Ta sedan ut järnkedjan med R-formade stift i båda ändarna och för in de
R-formade stiften i de runda hålen i stiftaxelns båda ändar. (Figur 4, Figur

5. Efter att förlängningsgaffelhylsan är installerad kan du använda
