2. INTRODUCTION
Manufactured from high carbon steel with a contoured aluminium handle for comfort and control. Ideal for automotive based applications
including the replacement of airbags, crash sensors and inertia reel xtures. Also suitable for general factory and workshop use. Quick
release 1/4” Hex drive bit holder. Calibrated in accordance with BS EN 6789:2017. Includes test certicate. Supplied in foam storage tray.

5. OPERATION
5.1. USING THE TORQUE SCREWDRIVER
5.1.1. To set the desired torque raise the collar, hold the adjusting screw nut, and rotate the handle to set the desired torque setting, once the
torque setting has been set lock the collar back into place.
5.1.2. For example to set a torque setting of 2.00Nm align the sub dial 0.00 with the main engraving 2.00Nm line. See g.1.
5.1.3. To set a torque setting of 2.20Nm align the sub dial gure of 0.20Nm on the 2.00Nm main engraving line. See g.2.
NOTE: After use always release the tension.
6. MAINTENANCE
8 DO NOT expose the unit to strong magnetic elds, corrosive agents, excessive heat or humidity.
9 Clean only with a damp cloth, do not use proprietary cleaners or solvents to clean this product.
9 When not in use, store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children.

WEEE REGULATIONS
Dispose of this product at the end of its working life in compliance with the EU Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment (WEEE). When the product is no longer required, it must be disposed of in an environmentally protective way. Contact
your local solid waste authority for recycling information.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be
sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When
the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any uids (if applicable) into approved
