We thank you for choosing our product. To ensure your safety and health, please use
this product correctly. It is important to read this entire manual before assembling and
using the product. Safe and effective use can only be achieved if the product is
assembled, maintained, and used properly. It is your responsibility to ensure that all
users of the product are informed of all warnings and precautions.
1. Before starting any exercise program, you should consult your physician to
determine if you have any medical or physical conditions that could put your
health and safety at risk or prevent you from using the product properly. Your
physician’s advice is essential if you are taking medication that affects your heart
rate, blood pressure, or cholesterol level.
2. Be aware of your body’s signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage
your health. Stop exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms:
pain, tightness in your chest, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath,
lightheadedness, dizziness, or feelings of nausea. If you do experience any of
these conditions, you should consult your physician before continuing with your
exercise program.
3. Always wear comfortable clothing that do not restrict your movements and use
the ball on even and nonslip surfaces.
4. When performing exercises, it is important to have the correct starting position
and maintain your balance.
5. This ball is designed to strengthen certain muscle groups and increase flexibility.
6. It is very important to breathe normally during the exercises. Do not hold your
breath. All exercises should be performed using gentle, controlled movements.
7. Designed for maximum user weight of 660 lbs (300 kgs).
8. Warm-up exercises - Perform warm-up exercises for at least 5 minutes before
starting your workout.

1. Connect the hose to the blue nozzle of
the pump
2. Choose the right size tip and attach it
firmly to the connector
3. Insert the tip into the opening on the ball
4. Press down on the pump to Inflate the
ball
6. Inflate to desired size, remove the pump
and insert the stopper in the opening
5.Or insert the pump into the opening on
the ball to pump up

1. EXERCISE FOR YOUR TORSO
Place the ball under your stomach and
thighs (see figure). With your shoulders
wide apart, place your hands flat on the
floor as far in front of you as you can so
that it is still comfortable. Now slide your
body forwards until your hands are
underneath your shoulders, hold this
position for a second and then return to
the starting position. Repeat this 10-15
times.

3. EXERCISE FOR YOUR TORSO
Place the ball under your lower back (see
figure). Cross your arms on your chest.
Now twist your right shoulder towards your
left leg, hold this position for a second and
then return to the starting position. Now twist
your left shoulder towards your right leg, hold
this position for a second and then return to
the starting position. Repeat this 10 times.

4. EXERCISE FOR YOUR LOWER BODY
Lay down with your back flat on the floor
and your hands by your side. Place your
feet and calves on the ball. Clasp the ball
firmly with your heels and roll it towards
your buttocks until your knees form a right
angle (see figure). Hold this position for a
second and then return to the starting
position. Repeat this 10-15 times.

5. EXERCISE FOR YOUR LOWER BODY
Lay on your left side with one arm under
your shoulder for support and the other in
front of you (see figure). Place your right
knee on the ball and bend your left knee on
the floor. Push your right leg down, hold this
position for a second and then release.
Repeat this 10-15 times. Turn onto your
other side and repeat the exercise with the
left leg.
6. EXERCISE FOR YOUR LOWER BODY
Lay the left side of your upper body on the
ball (see figure). Bend your left leg on the
floor for support and stretch your right leg
out to the side. Slowly lift your right leg until
it is parallel with the floor, hold this position
for a second and then slowly return to the
starting position. Repeat this 10-15 times.
Turn onto your other side and repeat the
exercise with the left leg.
