#1 Does this have a built-in charge controller when charging using solar panel?

Yes, This innovative power station, which has built-in intelligent BMS protects the generator and connected devices with: short-circuit protection, over-current protection, over-charging protection, low-voltage protection and over-temperature protection.

#2 Possible defective. When charging with solar panel, item shows charging but no input watts and won’t charge. Then tweeking cable over 30 minutes it.

The input has a lower and higher voltage limit, so if your solar cell output voltage does not fall within those limits (it changes with the amount of sunshine) then the generator might not charge. I am not sure if this is your issue, but it could be the possible reason.

#3 How can I know whether the battery is fully charged or not, will it show?

Yes, LCD screen with Charging/Fully Charge and battery life status.

#4 Can this camping battery be charged through 24V car?

This could be charged by 12V car only

#5 What do you mean run the cpap machine on dc power not ac and how do I do that?

The power station can power your cpap by two ways: 110V AC plug and 12V DC plug, just we suggest our customer use DC to DC converter to work with this unit and turn off or remove the heater/ humidifier, it should last longer than ac plug.

#6 Can internal battery be replaced if neccessary?

The power station built-in unremoveable lithium batteries. Please do not attempt to replace it yourself.

#7 How to fix after shutdown from over current/power?

You could please restart the power button after about 15 seconds. It will run normally again.
