Instructions For Permanent Installation
Unpack the cover and lay it on top of the tool box. Unzip
all four zippers and fit the cover on the tool box.
When the cover is properly aligned, place weights as
shown on the top of the cover to keep it in place.
Lift the rear panel over the weights to expose the velcro
attachment system.
REVEL TOOL BOX COVER
If the 1” x 8” velcro straps are exposed, first lift the top of
the cover slightly and slip the straps under the cover.
Secure the cover to the beveled edge of the tool box by
first pealing the protective masking off the center velcro
patch and sticking it to the tool box. Then using the same
method continue to apply the remaining side velcro
patches.
Your cover comes with a permanent attachment option (velcro with peel and stick
adhesive backing). If you wish to attach the cover and leave it on permanently then use the
following instructions.

To access the front drawers, unzip the front two zippers
and place the front panel on the top of the tool box.
To access both the front and side drawers, unzip all four
zippers. First lay the side panels flat on the top of the tool
box and then place the front panel on top of the tool box.
To access the top surface, roll the panels towards the rear
of the tool box and attach the velcro straps to secure.

Remove the weights and place the power cord through the
opening and let the rear panel fall into position.
