请确认耳机有电，若耳机没有电，请充电 30 分钟以上再开机。
2. 安卓系统手机连接耳机成功后，无法听到音乐，该如何解决？
在耳机与手机连接成功后，点击所连接设备名称右边的图标，进入后确保“媒体音频”选项已被开启。
