Thank you for purchasing the Heated Full Body Massage Mat. Please read this manual thoroughly before
operating this device.
BASIC CARE AND ATTENTION FOR ELECTRIC DEVICES
• Always unplug the power cord from the power source immediately after use and before attempting to
clean the unit.
• Do not operate this appliance if it has a damaged power cord or electric plug, if it is not working
properly, or if it has been dropped or exposed to water or steam.
• Never attempt to repair or disassemble this device.
• Keep the power cord and appliance away from heated surfaces. Excessive heating can cause fire,
electric shock, or injury.
• Never leave the appliance unattended when connected to a power source. Always unplug the power
cord from the power outlet when not in use.
• Never drop or insert objects into any opening.
• This device is for home use only. Do not use it outdoors.
• Do not immerse this device in water or any other liquid.
• To disconnect, remove the cord from the power source.
• Only use the device for its intended purpose.

OPERATION
1. Place the massage mat on a chair, bed, or floor and plug the unit into the power source.
2. Connect the adapter cable to the corresponding cable at the side of the mat.
3. Plug the adapter into an outlet.
4. Turn on the device using the controller.
NOTE: The massager will switch off automatically after 30 minutes and will only allow switching on again
after an appropriate downtime.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Unplug the Unit:
- Ensure the device is unplugged from the power source.
2. Wipe Down:
- Use a clean, slightly damp cloth to wipe down the surface.
- Do not submerge in water.
3. Dry Thoroughly:
- Wipe clean and allow to dry completely.
- Do not fold the unit if it is damp.
STORAGE
• Safe Storage:
- Place the massager in a safe, dry, and cool place.
• Avoid Sharp Objects:
- Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects which might cut or puncture the surface.
• Cord Care:
- To avoid breakage, do not wrap the power cord around the unit.
TAKE CARE
- Ensure the device is kept away from children and pets.
- Do not use on open sores or broken bones.
- Those with sensory deficiencies should be supervised during use.
- Consult a doctor prior to use if you are wearing a pacemaker or portable EKG monitor.
