4. APP INSTALLATION
4.1. DownloadthewirelessapptoyourphoneusingtheQRcodeprovided(g.1).
4.2. Firstly turn on the wireless function of the mobile phone and allow the application to access the location
permission of the mobile phone.
4.3. Whenrunningtheapplicationforthersttime,theappwillaskforrequiredpermissions,allthesearenecessary.
NOTE:TheAndroidappobtainsthelocationpermissionforthewirelessscanningfunction,whichis
regulatedbytheAndroidsystem.
Disablingthispermissionwillcausethedevicenottobescannedorwirelessscanningwillbeslow.
5. OPERATION
8 DO NOTattempttoattachorremovethetesteranditsclampsfromarunningengine.
5.1. Ensurethattheengineisnotrunningandisnottoohottotouchwhenconnectingorremovingthetester.
5.2. Beforetestingthebattery,ensuretheengineisootherwiseitwillaectthetestresults.
5.3. Placethetesterbodyinalocationsuchthatitcannotcontactanymovingpartsoftheengineandwheretheterminalclampscaneasily
reach the relevant terminal post.
5.4. Connect the tester leads to the relevant terminal post on the battery. Connect the red (+ve) clamp to the positive terminal on the
batteryandtheblack(-ve)clamptonegativeterminalonthebattery.Whenremovingtheclamps,reversetheorder.
5.5. Starttheappandthenstarttheengine.Followtheon-screenmenustocompletethetestingprocesses.
5.6. Itispossibletoprintorexporttestresultsviaemailaftertestingabattery.

6. MAINTENANCE
6.1. Wipe the unit, the clamps and cables with a clean dry soft cloth. DO NOT use any liquid cleaners.
7. SERVICING
7.1. There are no serviceable parts on the tester.
7.2. DO NOT attempt to dismantle the tester.
