Make sure hose is not bent, tangled or kinked.
Make sure the inside of the hose is clean.
Check to see if the water hose has holes or leaks.
Ensure locking mechanisms are not engaged.
Ensure threads are not damaged on water hose or water faucet.
Check for any debris that could obstruct water flow in hose or product.
If leaks are noted, verify washers are in place for the item.

General use tips:
Make sure you are using a proper size garden hose.
For timers, make sure valves are open all the way.
Do not use products below 40° F. If it is that cold outside, please store your
watering tools indoors to not get damaged.
Carry products to desired area, do not drag on ground.
General use of product is 20psi to 80psi.
