Thank you for showing your condence in us by purchasing the Behringer
HEAVY METAL HM300. This high-quality eects pedal enables you to
produce super thick, tube-like distortion plus endless sustain. Thanks to
its high-performance features you can achieve the typical hard rock or
heavy metal distortion sounds.
1. Controls
(1) The LEVEL control adjusts the output level.
(2) The LOW control allows you to boost/cut the low-frequency range.
(3) The MID control allows you to boost/cut the mid-frequency range.
(4) The DIST control adjusts the amount of distortion eect
and the length of the resulting sustain time. High distortion
settings will cause longer sustain times.
(5) The ON/BATT LED illuminates when the eect is activated.
It also serves as a battery level indicator.
(6) Use the footswitch to activate/deactivate the eect.
(7) Use this ¼" TS IN connector to plug in the instrument cable.
(8) The ¼" TS OUT connector sends the signal to your amp.
Use the DC IN connection to plug in a 9 V power supply (not included).
The BATTERY COMPARTMENT is located underneath the pedal cover.
Toinstall or replace the 9 V battery (not included), press the hinges
with a ballpoint pen and remove the pedal cover. Be careful not to
scratch the unit.
◊ ◊ The HM300 has no on/o switch. As soon as you insert
the plug into the in connector, the HM300 is on.
When not in use, remove the plug from the in connector.
This extends the life of the battery.
The SERIAL NUMBER is located at the underside.

adquirir el HEAVY METAL HM300 de Behringer. Este pedal te permite
crear una distorsión superdensa de tipo valvular con un sustain innito.
Gracias a sus características excepcionales podrás crear los sonidos
más preciados para metal y rock pesado.
1. Controles
(1) Con el control LEVEL regulas el nivel de salida.
(2) LOW te permite aumentar/reducir el nivel del rango
de frecuencias bajas.
(3) MID te permite aumentar/reducir el nivel del rango
de frecuencias medias.
(4) Con el control DIST determinas la cantidad de distorsión y el
tiempo de duración del sustain resultante: a mayor distorsión
más largo el sustain.
(5) El LED ON/BATT se ilumina al activar el efecto, y también sirve

(6) Al presionar el pedal activas/desactivas el efecto.
(7) Entrada jack de 6,3 mm para conectar tu instrumento.
(8) Salida jack de 6,3 mm para enviar la señal al amplicador.
El conector DC IN te permite enchufar a tu pedal un adaptador
de corriente de 9 V (no incluido).
El COMPARTIMENTO DE LA BATERÍA se encuentra debajo de la cubierta

grande palette de distorsions idéales pour le hard rock et le heavy metal.
1. Réglages
(1) Le potentiomètre LEVEL détermine le niveau de sortie.
(2) Utilise le bouton LOW pour amplier ou atténuer
les fréquences basses.
(3) Tourne la commande MID pour amplier ou atténuer
la bande des médiums.
(4) Le bouton DIST règle l’intensité de la distorsion et la durée
du sustain qui en résulte. Plus la distorsion est intense,
plus le sustain est long.
(5) La LED ON/BATT reste allumée tant que l’eet est actif.
Elle sert également de témoin d’état de la pile.
(6) Appuie sur le commutateur pour activer ou désactiver l’eet.
(7) Branche le câble de ton instrument dans l’entrée IN
sur jack asymétrique.
(8) Raccorde la sortie OUT sur jack asymétrique à l’entrée
de ton ampli.

an Deinen Verstärker weiter.
Der DC IN-Anschluss rechts am Gerät dient zum Anschluss eines
9 V Adapters (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten).
Das BATTERIEFACH bendet sich unter dem Fußschalter. Um die Batterie

HEAVY METAL HM300. Este pedal de efeitos de alta qualidade permite-

di produrre una distorsione corposa, tube-like, e un eetto sustain
innito. Le sue caratteristiche ad alto rendimento consentono di
produrre i tipici suoni della distorsione da hard rock o heavy metal.
1. Controlli
(1) Il comando LEVEL regola il volume di uscita.
(2) Il comando LOW consente di amplicare/ridurre lo spettro
sonoro a bassa frequenza.
(3) Il comando MID consente di amplicare/ridurre lo spettro
sonoro a media frequenza.
(4) Il comando DIST regola la quantità di eetto di distorsione
e la lunghezza del rimanente tempo di sustain. Le impostazioni
di alta distorsione comporteranno dei tempi di sustain più lunghi.
(5) Il LED ON/BATT si accende una volta attivato l’eetto.

(7) Per collegare il cavo dello strumento, utilizzare il connettore
¼" TS IN.
(8) Il connettore ¼" TS OUT invia il segnale al vostro amplicatore.
Utilizzare il collegamento DC IN per inserire una batteria da 9 V
(non in dotazione).
L’ALLOGGIAMENTO DELLE BATTERIE si trova sotto al copripedale.
Per installare o sostituire la batteria da 9 V (non in dotazione),

stelt u in staat om een superdikke, buisachtige distortion en een
eindeloze sustain te verkrijgen. Dankzij de krachtige functies kunt u de
typische distortiongeluiden van hardrock of heavy metal produceren.
1. Bediening
(1) De LEVEL-knop regelt het uitgangsniveau.
(2) De LOW-knop biedt u de mogelijkheid het lagefrequentiebereik
te versterken/beperken.
(3) De MID-knop biedt u de mogelijkheid het
middenfrequentiebereik te versterken/beperken.
(4) Met de DIST-knop bepaalt u de mate van distortion en de lengte
van de daaruit resulterende sustain. Een hoge distortioninstelling
zal leiden tot een langere sustain.
(5) De ON/BATT-LED brandt als het eect ingeschakeld is. Deze LED
doet tevens dienst
als batterijspanningsindicator.
(6) Gebruik de voetschakelaar om het eect in en uit te schakelen.
(7) Sluit het instrument aan op de 6,3 mm-monostekkerbus IN.
(8) De 6,3 mm-monoconnector OUT verstuurt
het signaal naar uw versterker.
De DC IN-bus dient voor de aansluiting van een 9 V-voeding
(niet meegeleverd).
Het BATTERIJVAK bevindt zich onder de pedaalafdekking. Om de
9 V-batterij (niet meegeleverd) te installeren of vervangen, dient u
de scharnieren in te drukken met een balpen en de pedaalafdekking
te verwijderen. Pas op dat u geen krassen maakt op het apparaat.
◊ ◊ De HM300 heeft geen aan/uit-schakelaar. Als de stekker
in de IN-connector steekt, is de HM300 ingeschakeld.
Trek de stekker uit de IN-connector als u het apparaat
niet gebruikt. De batterij zal daardoor langer meegaan.
