Plug the air purifier into a different outlet.If still not
working, please contact the customer support.
No power adapter
Please open the bottom cover and take out the
power adapter.
If you do not find the adapter inside the air purifier,
please contact customer support.
The air purifier may be malfunctioning. Contact
the customer support.

If the room too larger, air purification will take longer.
Contact the customer support.
Strange smell coming from
the air purifier
Replace the filter if necessary.
Please replace the new aromatherapy pad.
Make sure not to use your air purifier in an area with
high humidity or while diffusing essential oils.
