SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Make sure your vehicle is compatible with the receiver and select the
receiver with the appropriate load range.
2. Follow towing procedures in the vehicle owner's manual.
3. Prior to usage, inspect all towing equipment for cracked welds, missing
or worn parts and loose bolts.
4. Never exceed the vehicle manufacturer's recommended towing
capacity. The ratings of the mounting system are intended to represent the
product's capability and in no way reflect the ratings or capacity of the
towing system it is being used with. The consumer or operator is strongly
advised to learn the ratings of the various components of the towing
system and never exceed the limits of the lowest-rated component being
used.
5. Defective accessories should be replaced immediately. Defective
accessories can lead to personal injury and material damage.
6. During their period of use, accessories must be checked for wear,
cracks, and other damage.
7. Please be sure to use within the safe working Load Limit range!

APPLICATION SCENARIOS
1) Preparation before installation: Check that the accessories are
complete and verify that your vehicle is compatible with the receiver.
2) Installation: The receiver is installed in the reserved trailer tube of the
vehicle to ensure that it is secure and stable, usually by means of a
specific accessory trailer pin or trailer lock.
3) Pre-trip inspection: After the connection is complete, check whether
all the connection parts are tight. Before starting to drive, make sure the
trailer weight is within the maximum allowable towing weight of the vehicle.

4) Driving precautions:
a. During driving, the speed should be kept low, especially when turning
and braking, to slow down in advance to avoid instability caused by trailer
inertia.
b. When towing for a long time, stop regularly to check the status of the
trailer arm and the connection part to prevent loosening or wear caused by
long-term driving.
HOW TO USE THE HITCH PIN LOCK
1. Insert the Key and Unscrew the Lock, Separate the Pin.
2. Push the Button of the Lock head to Securely Lock the Pin in Place.
3. For Extra Safety Insert the Spring Clip into the Pin Hole.
MAINTENANCE
1. Check bolts and safety pins regularly .
2. Do not overload.

APPLICATION SCENARIOS
5) Préparation avant installation : Vérifiez que les accessoires sont

6) Installation : Le récepteur est installé dans le tube de remorque
réservé du véhicule pour garantir sa sécurité et sa stabilité, généralement
au moyen d'une goupille de remorque accessoire spécifique ou d'un
verrou de remorque.
7) Inspection avant le départ : une fois la connexion terminée, vérifiez si
toutes les pièces de connexion sont bien serrées. Avant de commencer à
conduire, assurez-vous que le poids de la remorque se situe dans la limite
du poids de remorquage maximum autorisé du véhicule.
8) Précautions de conduite :
c. Pendant la conduite, la vitesse doit être maintenue faible, en particulier
lors des virages et des freinages, pour ralentir à l'avance afin d'éviter
l'instabilité causée par l'inertie de la remorque.
d. Lors d'un remorquage prolongé, arrêtez-vous régulièrement pour
vérifier l'état du bras de remorque et de la pièce de connexion afin d'éviter
le desserrage ou l'usure causé par une conduite à long terme.
COMMENT UTILISER LE VERROUILLAGE DE LA GOUPILLE
D'ATTELAGE
4. Insérez la clé et dévissez le verrou, séparez la broche.

5. Appuyez sur le bouton de la tête de verrouillage pour verrouiller
solidement la broche en place.
6. Pour plus de sécurité, insérez le clip à ressort dans le trou de la
goupille.

gerissene Schweißnähte, fehlende oder verschlissene Teile und lockere
Schrauben.
18. Überschreiten Sie niemals die vom Fahrzeughersteller empfohlene
Anhängelast. Die Nennwerte des Montagesystems sollen die
Leistungsfähigkeit des Produkts darstellen und spiegeln in keiner Weise
die Nennwerte oder die Kapazität des Schleppsystems wider, mit dem es
verwendet wird. Dem Verbraucher oder Betreiber wird dringend

10) Installation: Der Empfänger wird im reservierten Anhängerrohr des
Fahrzeugs installiert, um sicherzustellen, dass er sicher und stabil ist,
normalerweise mithilfe eines speziellen Zubehör-Anhängerstifts oder
Anhängerschlosses.
11) Inspektion vor der Fahrt: Überprüfen Sie nach Abschluss der
Verbindung, ob alle Verbindungsteile fest sitzen. Stellen Sie vor
Fahrtantritt sicher, dass das Anhängergewicht innerhalb der maximal
zulässigen Anhängelast des Fahrzeugs liegt.
12) Vorsichtsmaßnahmen beim Fahren:
e. Während der Fahrt sollte die Geschwindigkeit niedrig gehalten werden,
insbesondere beim Abbiegen und Bremsen, um frühzeitig abzubremsen
und Instabilität durch die Trägheit des Anhängers zu vermeiden.
f. Halten Sie beim Abschleppen über einen längeren Zeitraum regelmäßig
an, um den Zustand des Anhängerarms und des Verbindungsteils zu
überprüfen, um Lockerungen oder Verschleiß durch Langzeitfahrten zu
vermeiden.

APPLICATION SCENARIOS
13) Preparazione prima dell'installazione : Controlla che gli accessori

14) Installazione: Il ricevitore viene installato nel tubo del rimorchio

15) Ispezione prima del viaggio: una volta completata la connessione,
controllare se tutte le parti di connessione sono serrate. Prima di iniziare a
guidare, assicurarsi che il peso del rimorchio rientri nel peso massimo di
traino consentito del veicolo.
16) Precauzioni per la guida:
g. Durante la guida, la velocità dovrebbe essere mantenuta bassa,
soprattutto in curva e in frenata, per rallentare in anticipo per evitare

COME USARE IL BLOCCO DEL PERNO DI ATTACCO

17) Preparación antes de la instalación : Verifique que los accesorios

27) Inspectie vóór de reis: Controleer nadat de verbinding is voltooid of
alle verbindingsdelen goed vastzitten. Voordat u gaat rijden, moet u ervoor

kapacitet och återspeglar inte på något sätt klassificeringen eller
kapaciteten för det bogsersystem det används med. Konsumenten eller
operatören rekommenderas starkt att lära sig klassificeringen av de olika

APPLICATION SCENARIOS
29) Förberedelser före installation : Kontrollera att tillbehören är
kompletta och verifiera att ditt fordon är kompatibelt med mottagaren.
30) Installation: Mottagaren installeras i fordonets reserverade
släpvagnsrör för att säkerställa att den är säker och stabil, vanligtvis med
hjälp av ett specifikt tillbehörssläp eller släplås.
31) Inspektion före resan: När anslutningen är klar, kontrollera att alla

anslutningsdelar är täta. Innan du börjar köra, se till att släpvagnsvikten
ligger inom fordonets högsta tillåtna dragvikt.
32) Försiktighetsåtgärder vid körning:
o. Under körning bör hastigheten hållas låg, särskilt vid svängning och
inbromsning, för att sakta ner i förväg för att undvika instabilitet orsakad av
släpvagnens tröghet.
p. Vid långvarig bogsering, stanna regelbundet för att kontrollera status
för släpvagnsarmen och anslutningsdelen för att förhindra att lossna eller
slitage orsakat av långvarig körning.
SÅ HÄR ANVÄNDER DU LÅSKOPPLAGET
22.Sätt i nyckeln och skruva loss låset, separera stiftet.
23.Tryck på knappen på låshuvudet för att säkert låsa stiftet på plats.
24.För extra säkerhet, sätt in fjäderklämman i stifthålet .
MAINTENANCE
1. Kontrollera regelbundet bultar och säkerhetsnålar.
2. Överbelasta inte.
