3 Installaon
3.1 Installaon Environment
2
background
Avoid backlight, direct sunlight, and indirect sunlight.
For beer face recognion, there should be light source in or
near the installaon environment.
Sunlight, wind, hot/cool air from air condioner and other
external factors, which may aect temperature, will create the
deviaon of the temperature measurement. In order to get an
accurate result, make sure the device is applied indoors and
windlessly (where is relavely isolated from the outdoors). The
working temperature should keep between 10 °C and 35 °C. If
there are no suitable environments for temperature
measurement (the area faces the indoor and connects the
outdoor, the area at the door of the indoor environment, etc.),
building a temporary temperature measurement environment
is suggested.
Inuence Factors of Temperature Measurement:
Wind: The wind will take the heat away, which may aect the
measurement result.
Sweat: The sweat will take the heat away, which may aect the
measurement result.
Air Condioner (Cool Air): If the indoor temperature is low, the
temperature may also lower than the actual temperature,
which may aect the measurement result.
Air Condioner (Heat) or Heang: If the indoor temperature is
high, the temperature may also be higher than the actual
temperature, which may aect the measurement result.
In order to make the device work properly, you should wait for
90 min aer the device is powered on.
For details about installaon environment, see Tips for
Installaon Environment.
3.2 Mount With Bracket
3.2.1 Preparaon before Mounng with Bracket
Make sure you have drilled holes on the turnsle. If not, follow
the steps below to drill holes.
Steps
1. Use 4 screws (M3 or M4), secured by ange nuts, to install the
reinforcing board on the inner surface of the turnsle.
Note
The distance between the turnsle and the edge should be no
longer than 10 mm.
2. Drill holes on the turnsle's inner surface according to the
gure displayed below. And install water-proof nut.
Note
Solder aer pressing rivets to avoid water from entering.
