18. With a 7 mm wrench or pliers remove the orifi ce and replace with NG orifi ce.
19. Replace the burner tube, then start up the oven to check oven fl ame, making sure
the back of the burner tube to achieve this. Once you have the bottom pan and oven
door closed, and with the broiler drawer pulled down, you will be able to see how
the fl ame should look by viewing the fl ame through the broiler door area.
20. Check for leaks using a leak detector or soapy water with recommended ratio of
75% water, 25% dish washing soap.
21. Once you have completed the conversion, check the operations of ignition making
sure each of the 4 burners, pilot fl ame and oven burner fl ame are functioning
correctly. Please refer to pages 21 through 24.

OVEN ORIFICE
In the pilot assembly shown below, the LPG orifi ce is
0.14 mm. When doing the conversion from Propane to
Natural gas make sure the pilot orifi ce is changed to the
NG orifi ce sized at 0.2 mm. If you leave the LPG orifi ce
0.14 mm in place, the pilot fl ame will may be too small
to keep the pilot lit.
