Fault Cause and troubleshooting
The appliance is not cooling, the
displays and lighting light up.
Showroom mode is switched on.
1. Press and hold for 15 seconds until three audible signals sound.

If the temperature is too warm, check the temperature again after a couple of
hours.
If the temperature is too cold, check the temperature again on the following
day.
Water is leaking from the appli-
ance.
The water connection cable is not leak-tight.
Check if the water connections are fastened firmly and the water hose is undam-
aged.
If necessary, replace the water hose.
Water output is reduced. Low water pressure.
Check the water pressure of the water supply system or the external water filter
system.
Connect the appliance only to a water connection with sufficient water pressure.
The water filter is blocked.
