LIMITED WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Each Fluke product is warrant to be free from defects in mateal and woanship under normal use and seice. The waan

riod is one year end gins on the date of shipment. Pes, pdu repai, end seices ere warrant for 90 days. This warran

extends only to the oginal buyer or end-user cuomer of a Fluke authoz reseller, and d not apply to fuses, disposable

baes, or to any puct whi, in Fluke's opinion, has been misus, altered, neglect, ntaminated, or damag by aident

or abnormal conditions of opeon or handling. Fluke warran that software will operate substantially in ardance with its

funconal specations for 90 days and that it has bn ppey rerded on non-defecte media. Fluke does not warnt that

soare will  error free or operate without inuption.

Fluke authoz resellers shall eend this warranty on new and unused pructs to end-user custome only but have no authority

to eend e greeter or dierent warran on behalf of Fluke. Warn suppo is ailable only if product is puhed through a

Fluke authoz sales outlet or Bur has paid the applible inteational pce. Fluke rees the right to invoice Buyer for

impoation sts of pair/replament pas when product puhased in one count is submied for repair in another unt.

Fluke's warran obligation is limit, at Flu's option, to refund of the puhase price, free of charge pair, or replament of a

defeive product which is turned to a Fluke authorized sei nter within the warran peod.

To obtain warranty service, ntact your nearest Fluke authozed servi center  obtain retu authozation information, then

send the pru to that ice nter, with a deption of the dicul, poge and insunce prepaid (FOB Destination). Fluke

umes no risk for damage in transit. Following warran repair, the pru will be retued to Buyer, transpoation prepaid (FOB

Destination). If Fluke determines that failure w used by neglect, misuse, conmination, aeration, aident, or abnormal

ndition of oration or handling, including oveltage failures used by use outside the prus spifi rating, or noal

wear and tear of mechanical components, Fluke will provide an estimate of pair sts and obtain authorization before mmencing

the work. Following repair, the pduct will  return  the Buyer transpoation prepaid and e Buyer will be bill for the repair

and return transpoation charges (FOB Shipping Point).

THIS WARRAN IS BUYER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS

OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRAN OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A

PARTICUR PURPOSE. FLUKE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL

DAMAGES OR LOSSES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM ANY CAUSE OR THEORY.
