POWER SWITCH
Check that the Power Switch at the back of the heater is set to the Off position before plugging
the heater in and turning on the mains supply. Turn the Power Switch to the On position.
HEATER CONTROL PANEL
ON/OFF BUTTON
This button will turn the heater control panel on..
To turn the unit off, press the On/Off button on the control panel again
To assist in protecting the internal components, when the unit is turned OFF the fan will
continue to blow room temperature air for a period of 30-60 seconds before shutting down to
standby.
DO NOT TURN OFF AT THE MAIN POWER SWITCH OR THE WALL DURING THIS TIME.
Then turn the Power Switch at the back of the heater to 'O' position.
MODE BUTTON
Press the MODE button to set between High, Low & Eco modes.
ECO Mode: The heater will run and adjust the power between 750W and 1500W automatically
for keeping the ambient temperature around 20 degrees Celsius.
When the heater is in HIGH or LOW modes you can adjust the thermostat by pressing either the
'UP' or 'DOWN' arrow buttons to set your desired comfort level.
To find your preferred heat setting; Set the thermostat to the maximum setting. When the room
reaches a comfortable temperature for you, look at the temperature reading on the heater and
then set the heater to this temperature. The heater will now cycle on and off to maintain the set
temperature.
NOTE: the temperature is read from a thermostat in the heater, for a more accurate reading,
position a separate thermometer in another part of the room.
For greater economy, use the High Heat setting initially and then switch to the Low Heat setting.
For the Low and High Heat settings the fan remains at the same speed; only the element
changes to create the greater/lesser heat output.
