• Reconfirm that all bolts, screws, and nuts are secure every 90 days.
• Do not use or store this item in the proximity of open flame or
flammable/combustible chemicals.
• Be aware that some parts are heavy and have sharp edges.
• Be very careful when folding the chair to avoid smashing your
hands or fingers.

2 bolt, No 7 washer and No 6
Nut. Attach G with 2pcs of No
5 bolt.
