1. SAFETY
WARNING! If used incorrectly, this product can cause damage or injury to the operator. Ensure all instructions are read and
understood before using this product.
Cutting discs should be used for cutting, grinding discs should be used for grinding and carving discs should be used for
carving.
9 Always wear safety glasses, ear protection, gloves and dust mask when using cutting, grinding and carving discs.
9 Ensure there is a safety guard in place before operating the machine.
9 Ensure the work area is well-ventilated and well lit.
9 Use the correct type of disc for the job you are doing.
9 Keep your hands away from the disc.
9 Ensure the tool and disc are compatible, and suitable for the task at hand by following all markings.
9 Check the spindle speed of the machine is no higher than the operating speed marked on the disc.
9 Turn o the power before changing the disc.
9 Disconnect the power cord from the outlet before making any adjustments to the tool.
8 DO NOT use discs if they are cracked, chipped, or damaged in any way.
8 DO NOT overload the disc.
8 DO NOT use the disc if it is not spinning freely.
2. INSTRUCTIONS
2.1. Disconnect the power cord from the outlet before mounting/removing the disc from the angle grinder.
2.2. Attach the disc to the angle grinder as per grinder instructions. Make sure the disc is properly seated and tightened.
2.3. Turn on the angle grinder and allow the disc to come up to speed.
2.4. Start cutting or grinding slowly and gradually increase speed as needed.
2.5. Apply even pressure to the disc. DO NOT force the disc to cut or grind.
2.6. Keep your hands away from the disc.
2.7. When you are nished, turn o the angle grinder and allow the disc to come to a complete stop.
3. MAINTENANCE
9 Using a sharp disc will generate the best results.
9 Replace the disc when it is worn out or damaged.
9 Store the disc in a dry, cool place.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be
sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When
the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any uids (if applicable) into approved
containers and dispose of the product and uids according to local regulations.
