This humidifier uses ultrasonic waves to make the top of the water atomization, the too high water level will make the ultrasonic wave conduction efficiency decreases, which will lead to the humidifier having little or even no mist coming out.

This humidifier converges ultrasonic waves through the mist pipe and the small circle to make the water on top atomized. Therefore, make sure the mist pipe is clicked into place, and the small circle is in the mist tube and floating on the water.

Please avoid the water into the air outlet and air inlet while cleaning, or filling water, which will damage the electrical components. Dry all parts with a cloth. Make sure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.

1.Turn off and unplug the humidifier. 2.Detach the tank cover and mist pipe. 3.Fill the water tank with 2 cups of distilled white vinegar. Let it sit for 15 20 minutes. 4.Empty the tank. 5.Use a soft cloth to clean and then rinse all parts.

Best place to put a humidifier is 2 4 feet above the floor where the most airflow is. It is recommended to put a tray underneath the humidifier, if you place it on a non waterproof surface, the locally high humidity levels may wet the surroundings.
