1. SAFETY
WARNING! The warnings, cautions and instructions referred to in this manual cannot cover all possible conditions and situations that may
occur. It must be understood that common sense and caution are factors which cannot be built into this product, but must be applied by the
operator.
9 Read unpacking instructions Section 4 below before removing ramps from packaging.
8 DO NOT overload ramps, maximum capacity single = 250kg, pair = 500kg. All loads must be evenly distributed.
9 Always use the safety chain to securely fasten the ramp to the vehicle to prevent the ramp slipping off the tailgate.
9 Carefully roll or winch equipment up or down the ramp. Never drive or ride your equipment while loading or unloading.
9 Make sure the ramp is aligned with the wheels of the equipment being loaded or unloaded.
9 Always load or unload on a solid, level, well lit and stable surface with the vehicle in gear the parking/emergency brake on and the engine
off.
9 Wear gloves. Remove ill tting clothing, remove ties, watches, rings and other loose jewellery and contain long hair.
9 Maintain correct balance and footing, do not over reach. Ensure the oor is not slippery and wear non-slip shoes.
9 Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.
9 Use as a loading ramp only.
9 Ramp surfaces must be clean, dry and free from oil, grease and water.
9 Maximum height of the tailgate that the ramp attaches to is 76cm.
9 Inspect ramp before each use. Check fasteners for tightness, replace any worn or damaged parts.
8 DO NOT attempt to use a ramp that is damaged in any way.
8 DO NOT modify the ramp in any way.
9 Proper care and maintenance of the ramp is critical to safety.

2. INTRODUCTION
Manufactured from strong, durable powder coated steel. Provides safe and easy ramp access for in-line and multi axle vehicles. Suitable for
loading/unloading motorbikes, quads, ride-on lawnmowers and mini tractors from vans or trailers. Features a chain and hook to help secure
ramps while in use. Folding design allows compact storage when not in use.

4. UNPACKING RAMPS
4.1. Carefully lift one ramp at a time using handle.
4.2. Set ramp on a at surface. Note: arrow indicates which side is up.
4.3. Release handle by sliding it upwards.
4.4. Unfold top section of ramp, then the other section of ramp.
4.5. Remove the stopper and angle ramp from within.

5. OPERATION
5.1. Made sure that loading is carried out on a hard, level and stable surface with the vehicle in gear, the parking/emergency brake on and the
engine switched off.
5.2. Unfold and place the lip edge of the ramp against the tailgate of the vehicle. (Tailgate should be no more than 76cm in height or the incline
will be too steep.
5.3. Secure the ramp to the vehicle being loaded using the chain. Test the ramp by pulling backwards on it. Make sure it does not slide back or
disengage from the loading surface.
5.4. Once the ramp is secure and the area is safe to proceed with loading, move the vehicle to be loaded behind the ramps and centre the load
between both ramp rails.
5.5. Load the vehicle, make sure that the ramp is sustaining the load and not bowing from the weight.
5.6. Continue until the vehicle is fully loaded. Secure and then tie down the load.
5.7. Unhook the chain and fold the ramp.
5.8. Store in a clean, dry and childproof environment.

Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to
a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely
unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids
according to local regulations.
