1. Attach the horizontal support beams to the vertical
scaffolds. Ensure that the beams are positioned at
the same height and that the spring-loaded pins are
fully engaged with the vertical scaffolds.
2. Insert the casters fully into the bottom ends of the
vertical scaffolds, then secure them with locking
pins. Ensure that the retaining clip for all locking pins
is in place.
3. Place the platform (wood side on top) on to the top
of the horizontal support beams, then secure it with
the spring-loaded clamps.
Usage Guide
To adjust platform height, pull and hold the spring-loaded pins for the horizontal support beams in the
unlocked position, then move the beams to the required height. Release the pins and ensure that they are
fully engaged with the vertical scaffolds and are at the same height.
Place the scaffold as close to the work area as possible, then lock all castors (step on the locking lever at
each castor). To unlock the castors, step on the smaller unlocking lever.
Use caution when mounting and dismounting the scaffold to prevent movement, tilting etc.
If any items or load is placed on the platform, attempt to spread it as evenly as possible to help prevent tilting
or unbalancing the scaffold.
