and properly maintained, give you years of trouble free performance.

1. INTRODUCTION
Aluminium Oxide/Zirconium Flap disc for descaling, rust removal, weld preparation, weld cleaning and general surface preparation.
More durable than normal sanding discs. Abrasive aps are attached to rigid disc with epoxy adhesive - does not require backing pad.
Depressed centre disc suitable for electric and air tools.
2. SAFETY
WARNING! If used incorrectly, this product can cause damage or injury to the operator. Ensure all instructions are read and
understood before using this product.
9 Always wear safety glasses, ear protection, gloves and dust mask when using cutting or grinding discs.
9 Ensure there is a safety guard in place before operating the machine.
9 Ensure the work area is well-ventilated.
9 Use the correct type of disc for the job you are doing.
9 Keep your hands away from the disc.
9 Ensure the tool and disc are compatible, and suitable for the task at hand by following all markings.
9 Check the spindle speed of the machine is no higher than the operating speed marked on the disc.
9 Turn o the power before changing the disc.
9 Disconnect the power cord from the outlet before making any adjustments to the tool.
9 Inspect the disc carefully before use. Make sure it is not cracked, chipped, or damaged in any way.
8 DO NOT use ap discs if they are cracked, chipped, or damaged in any way.
8 DO NOT overload the disc.
8 DO NOT force the disc to cut or grind.
8 DO NOT use the disc if it is not spinning freely.
3. INSTRUCTIONS
3.1. Attach the disc to the angle grinder as per the instructions. Make sure the disc is properly seated and tightened.
3.2. Turn on the angle grinder and allow the disc to come up to speed.
3.3. Start cutting or grinding slowly and gradually increase speed as needed.
3.4. Apply even pressure to the disc. DO NOT force the disc to cut or grind.
3.5. Keep your hands away from the disc.
3.6. When you are nished, turn o the angle grinder and allow the disc to come to a complete stop.
3.7. Disconnect the power cord from the outlet before removing the disc from the angle grinder.
4. MAINTENANCE
9 Replace the disc when it is worn out or damaged.
9 Store the disc in a dry, cool place.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be
sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When
the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any uids (if applicable) into approved
containers and dispose of the product and uids according to local regulations.
