INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
7
INLET HOSE CONNECTION
This appliance can be connected using one hose
or two, depending on how many connections are
available at the water supply.
If only one faucet is available, use the cold water
connection on the back of the appliance. If two
faucets are available, then both water connections
can be used.
First, connect the provided inlet hoses to the back
of the appliance. The hot water connection uses the
red capped hose and connects to the red valve. The
cold water connection uses the white capped hose
and connects to the white valve.
DRAIN HOSE INSTALLATION
The drain hose will arrive pre-attached to the
appliance. When running the drain hose toward a
sink, standpipe or drain, ensure that there are no
bends in the hose as this can cause a blockage and
impede the drain function.
Never attempt to extend the water drain hose
Do not put the water drain hose from your
machine into a container, bucket or bathtub
Make sure that the water drain hose is not bent,
buckled, crushed or extened.
The water drain hose must be installed at a
height of no more than1m (39.5”).
If draining into a sink, place the hose through the
provided holder.
If connecting to a standpipe or to the outlet elbow
of a household sink, additional equipment will be
required.
WATER SUPPLY
Connect the inlet hoses to the water supply faucets.
Tighten the connections with a wrench.
Turn on the water supply before using the appliance
and ensure that there are no leaks at any water
connections.
If your machine has a hot water inlet
connection, the temperature of the hot
water supply should not be higher than
70°C (158°F).
