OPERATION
Control Panel
NOTE
The feature may be changed according to the
type of model.
Power
Turns the air conditioner On or Off.
Fan Speed
Use to set the fan speed to Low or Hi.
Mode/Temp Control Knob
Use to set the air conditioner to the Fan or
the Cool mode.
Fan - Use Fan at Hi or Low Fan Speed to
provide air circlulation and filtering without
cooling.
Cool - Use Cool with Hi or Low Fan
Speed for cooling. Turn the knob toward
the Max area for the indoor air to become
cooler. Turn the knob toward the Cool area
for the indoor air to become warmer. The
Mode/Temp control is used to maintain the
room temperature. When set in the Cool
mode, the compressor will cycle on and
off to keep the room at the same level of
comfort.
NOTE
If you move the Mode/Temp control
knob from the Cool setting to the Fan
setting, wait at least 3 minutes before
swiching back to a Cool setting.
Air Direction
Airflow can be adjusted by changing the direction
of the air conditioner’s louvers.
Adjusting Horizontal Airflow
Direction
The horizontal airflow is adjusted by moving the
levers of the vertical louvers to the left or right.
NOTE
The feature may be changed according to the
type of model.
When the weather is extremely hot, the unit
may turn off automatically to protect the
compressor.
