ATTACH LOWER & UPPER HANDLE(See Figure 2)
1. Loosen two knobs and turn the folded upper tube to match the lower tube, and tighten
the knob.
2. Turn the lower tube to an angle that matches the base and tighten with two screws.
（Two screws are in the accessories bag.）
