1. INTRODUCTION
Disposable, single use ear plugs. Supplied in a dispenser with twist mechanism that can be wall mounted or surface standing
(403/250D & 403/500D only). Provides comfortable protection from noise. SNR Rating 38dB. Conforms to BS EN 352-2:2020. For
replacement ear plugs order Sealey Model No. 403/250DRE.

2. SAFETY
WARNING! Keep away from infants. These ear plugs are non-toxic but may interfere with
breathing if caught in the windpipe.
WARNING! Put the ear plugs on before exposing yourself to noise and wear them during the
whole noise exposure. Be warned that failure to adhere to these recommendations will cause
the protection aorded by the product to be severely impaired.
WARNING! These ear-plugs should not be used where there is a risk that the connecting cord
could be caught up during use. This applies to model no. 404//100 and other ear-plugs that
have a connecting cord.

9 These are disposable ear plugs and should not be reused.
9 Ear plugs must be tted, adjusted and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s
instructions.
9 Ear-plugs must be worn at all times in noisy surroundings.
3. DIRECTIONS
3.1. Roll to a small crease free cylinder.
3.2. Insert as shown.
3.3. Hold until expanded.
3.4. Ensure suitable tting.
4. ATTENUATION VALUES
NOTE: SNR (Signal-to-Noise Ratio) indicates an attenuation value averaged over the relevant frequencies. An SNR value of 34dB for
example, in a 100dB noise level environment, reduces it to 66dB.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted,
taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product
becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and
dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.
