#1 What does the E1 code mean?

E1 indicates the temperature and humidity sensor abnormality.
1. Short circuits, loose internal wires, and water in the base of the product may cause E1 problems.
2. Pour out all the water from the humidifier and let it dry for 48 hours, then test it again.

#2 Why does the humidifier not work/ No power?

1. Make sure that the cord is connected to a powered outlet and that the mains voltage corresponds with the voltage indicated on the humidifier.
2. The base may get wet during the cleaning process. When the sensor is dry, it can be used normally again. Test it after 24 hours.
3. Arrange a replacement.
