Step 1 : Install the four wheels into the
holes at the bottom of the bucket(1).
Step 2: Install the handle(3) on the one of
holes(L or R) as you like.
Step 3: Install the wringer(2) to the
protruding side of the bucket.
Step 4: Insert the flip(6) into the slot in the
bucket.
Step 5: Install the metal frame(5) to the
holes in both sides of the bucket.
