removedortamperedwith.Toreducetheriskofre,electricshockandpersonalinjury,donotattempttoremove,replace,
repairortamperwiththeoriginallysuppliedplug.IftheFanhasstoppedfunctioning,itmaybeduetothesafetydevice
incorporatedinthisplug.
5. THISFANHASAPOLARIZEDPLUG(onebladeiswiderthantheother).Thisplugisdesignedtotintotheoutletonly
oneway.MatchthewidebladetowideslotinoutletandFULLYINSERT.DONOTattempttobypassordefeatthissafety

1. PlugtheFanintoanystandard120VAChouseholdoutlet.
2. Usingtherotaryswitch,setthedesiredFanspeed.
MAINTENANCE
1. TocleanyourFan,useasoftclothmoistenedwithamildsoapsolution.NEVERIMMERSEELECTRICALPARTSINWATER.
Neverusegasoline,benzene,thinner,hardcleansers,etc.BecertainthattheFaniscompletelydrybeforepluggingin.
2. LubricationisnotrequiredasyourFanhaspermanentlylubricatedbearings.
3. Storeinacleananddryareawhennotinuse.
This Fan is for residential use only.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS:Thisproductiswarrantedagainstdefectsinworkmanshipand/ormaterials.
HOW LONG THIS WARRANTY LASTS: Thiswarrantyextendsonlytotheoriginalpurchaseroftheproductandlastsfor
two(2)yearsfromthedateoforiginalpurchaseoruntiltheoriginalpurchaseroftheproductsellsortransferstheproduct,
whicheverrstoccurs.
WHAT LASKO WILL DO:Laskowill,atitssoleoption,repairorreplaceanypartorpartsthatprovetobedefectiveor
replacethewholeproductwiththesameorcomparablemodel.Forallwarrantyclaims,theproductmustbereturnedto
LaskoProducts,LLCatcustomerexpensewithproofofpurchasewithinthewarrantyperiod.ContacttheLaskocustomer
servicedepartmenttoobtainaReturnAuthorization(“RA”).DONOTreturnproductswithoutanRAorthewarrantyclaim
willnotbeprocessed.
WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:Thiswarrantydoesnotapplyiftheproductwasdamagedorfailedbecause
ofaccident,improperhandlingoroperation,shippingdamage,abuse,misuse,unauthorizedrepairsmadeorattempted.
ThiswarrantydoesnotcovershippingcostsforthereturnofproductstoLaskoforrepairorreplacement.Laskowillpay
returnshippingchargesfromLaskofollowingwarrantyrepairsorreplacement.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LASKO’S LIABILITY UNDER ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY INCLUDE INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE
CONTRARY, IN NO EVENT SHALL LASKO’S LIABILITY UNDER ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY EXCEED THE
PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT AND ANY SUCH LIABILITY SHALL TERMINATE UPON THE EXPIRATION OF
THE WARRANTY PERIOD.

2. Noserequierelubricaciónyaqueelventiladortienecojinetesdelubricaciónpermanente.
3. Guárdeseenunárealimpiaysecacuandonoestéenuso.
Este ventilador es para uso residencial exclusivamente.
No está diseñado para usarse en ambientes comerciales, industriales o agrícolas.
