1. SAFETY

9 Familiarise yourself with product application and limitations, as well as the specic potential hazards
peculiar to this product.
9 Maintain the funnel in good condition.
9 Funnel is specically designed for AdBlue (diesel engine fuel additive).
9 Ensure safety eye protection and protective clothing are worn when using this product.
9 Keep the work area clean, uncluttered and ensure there is adequate lighting.
9 Maintain correct balance and footing. Ensure the oor is not uneven.
9 Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the working area.
9 Dispose of waste liquids in accordance with local authority regulations.
8 DO NOT dismantle, tamper with or adapt the funnel for any purpose other than for which it is designed.
8 DO NOT use the unit if it has been dropped or mishandled, check the unit to ensure there is no damage.
9 Keep the funnel clean and store in a safe dry, childproof location.
WARNING! DO NOT allow uncontrolled discharge of uids thus polluting the environment.
2. INTRODUCTION
Specially designed AdBlue® funnels screw directly onto ller neck alleviating risk of spills. Units are
tted with a manual internal valve which, when opened, allows uid to pass through. Large capacity
of 1.1L and tted with a click close lid to keep dirt and debris out when not in use. Available in both
straight and angled congurations depending on position of AdBlue® ller neck on vehicle.

4. OPERATION
Note: Depending on the location of the AdBlue® ller port the funnel can either be lled whilst
attached to the vehicle or at a more convenient location and then attached.
4.1. Screw the funnel onto the AdBlue® ller cap.
4.2. Fill the funnel to the desired level using the graduated scale.
4.3. Release the internal plunger valve.
4.4. When the reservoir is full close o internal valve to stop ow.
4.5. Unscrew funnel from ller cap and dispense of unused AdBlue® into suitable container.
4.6. Clean funnel with water

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be
sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When
the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any uids (if applicable) into approved
containers and dispose of the product and uids according to local regulations.
