currentautomaticsettingsareupdatedautomatically.

•ManualIPandDNS:Contactyournetworkadministratortocongurethesettings.

IPaddress:EnterauniqueIPaddressforthedevice.StaticIPaddressescanbeassignedatrandomwithinisolatednetworks,

providedthateachaddressisunique.Toavoidconicts,werecommendyoutocontactyournetworkadministratorbeforeyou

assignastaticIPaddress.

Subnetmask:Enterthesubnetmask.

Router:EntertheIPaddressofthedefaultrouter(gateway)usedtoconnectdevicesthatareattachedtodifferentnetworksand

networksegments.

Hostname:Enterthehostname.

Searchdomains:Whenyouuseahostnamethatisnotfullyqualied,clickAddsearchdomainandenteradomaininwhichto

searchforthehostnameusedbythedevice.

DNSservers:ClickAddDNSserverandentertheIPaddressoftheprimaryDNSserver.Thisprovidesthetranslationofhostnames

toIPaddressesonyournetwork.
