-Fixedcameraassignment:Dockthecameraassignedtothebodywornuserthatyouwanttopairtheholster

sensorwith.

-Self-assigncameraassignment:Makesureacameraisdocked.

6.Enterthe6digitserialnumberfoundontheholstersensor.

7.Undockthecamera(dooneofthefollowing,basedoncameraassignmentmethod):

-Fixedcameraassignment:Undockthecameraandwaitforittostart.OperationstatusLEDlightsupgreen.

-Self-assigncameraassignment:Self-assignacamera,undockit,andwaitforittostart.Operationstatus

LEDlightsupgreen.

8.Connectpowersupplytotheholstersensor.

9.ThewirelessconnectivitystatusLEDonthecamerapulsesyellowtoshowthatthepairingstarted.Waitforthewireless

connectivitystatusLEDonthecameratolightupgreen,whichindicatesasuccessfulpairing(cantakeupto20seconds).

ThewirelessconnectivitystatusLEDlightsupredifthepairingfailed.

10.Disconnectpowerfromtheholstersensor.

11.Installtheholstersensorandunholstertomakesurethepairingwassuccessful.TherecordingLEDonthecamera

shouldlightupred.

12.Dockthecamera.

Aftercompletingthepairing,checkthepairingstatusfortheholstersensorunderPairedequipment.Greenstatusshowsthatthe

pairingisregisteredinthebodywornsystem.

Toconnectthecameratoaholstersensorinthedailyuse,undockthecameraandmakesurethatitisintheholstersensor’srange

within10minutesafterundocking.Undernormalcircumstancestherangeis5–10m(16–33ft.).

Recordlocationdata

YoucanturnonLocationdatatorecordthegeographicalpositionofthecamera.IfthecamerahasGPSsignal,itsavesitsposition

whenandwherearecordingisstartedandstopped.Thismeansthatthecameracansaveuptotwopositionsforeachrecording.This

locationdataistransferredtothecontentdestinationandisusefulwhenmanagingrecordingsandbuildingcases.

ToturnonLocationdata:

1.GotoCameraproles.

2.OpenthecameraproleforwhichyouwanttoturnonLocationdata.

3.TurnonLocationdata.

Note

Differentcontentdestinationsmaypresentoruselocationdataindifferentways.Forexample,itcanbeusedforsearching

recordings,orbedisplayedinamaporbookmarkforarecording.

Youcanalsoincludethestartpositionforarecordingasanoverlayinthevideo.Todothis,gotothecameraproleandselect

LocationdataintheTextoverlaysection.
