WITH REMOVEABLE TOP TRAY

Thank you for purchasing a Sealey product. Manufactured to a high standard, this product will, if used according to these instructions,
and properly maintained, give you years of trouble free performance.
1. SAFETY

this product but must be applied by the operator.
1.1. ASSEMBLY PRECAUTIONS
9 Assemble only according to these instructions. Improper assembly can create hazards.
9 Keep children, pets, and bystanders out of the area during assembly. Distractions can cause you to lose control of tools, injuring
yourself or others.
9 Weight capacity and other product capabilities apply to properly and completely assembled product only. DO NOT use if incompletely
or improperly assembled.
1.2. USE PRECAUTIONS
8 This product is not a toy. DO NOT allow children to play with or near this item.
9 Store out of reach of children.
9 Use the mobile workstation and accessories as intended and in accordance with these instructions, taking into account the working
conditions and the work to be performed. Use of the mobile workstation for operations di󰀨erent from those intended could result in a
hazardous situation.
9 Inspect before every use; DO NOT use if parts are loose or damaged.
9 The maximum bearing capacity of the support centre of the tool tray is 40kg, and the maximum bearing capacity of the edge is 10kg.
NOTE: Be aware of dynamic loading! Sudden shifts in the load may briey create excess load, which may result in product failure.
9 Store idle equipment. When not in use, this product must be stored in a dry location to inhibit rust.
WARNING! DO NOT stand on the mobile workstation when it is deployed as a tool creeper. Serious injury can occur.
2. INTRODUCTION
Adjustable table height adjustable from 775-1200mm. Features two magnetic collection trays, two small tool storage sections, one large
section for main workpiece as well as nine screwdriver storage holes and 15 socket storage slots. Tray top can be removed to be used as
a tool creeper on the ground. Fitted with four rubber coated castors for manoeuvrability in workshops and warehouses. Maximum weight
capacity 60kg. Min./Max. Height: 775/1200mm.

5. ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the plugs from both sides of the underframe. Leave them
o󰀨 until the wheels have been installed.
STEP.1
2. Pass the tube nut through the square tube hole of the underframe.
Fit the 3” wheels, and tighten with a wrench. Ensure the wheels with
brakes are installed at the correct end of the underframe. Insert the
plugs back onto the underframe.
STEP.2
3. Place the support frame assembly on the base as shown, paying
attention to the front and rear orientation. Secure with bolt, at washer
and anti-loose nut, using the wrench provided.
STEP.3
4. Ensure the security clip is ‘open’ as shown above. Push the upper
support frame assembly horizontally to the left and remove it from the
tool tray assembly.
STEP.4
5. Install the upper support tube assembly on the support frame
assembly as shown. Secure with 2 hexagonal screws, at washers
and anti-loose nuts, using the wrench provided.

6. Install the 2” wheels in the screw holes of the tool tray as shown.
Tighten with the wrench provided.

7. Install the tool tray assembly on the upper support tube as shown.
Rotate the security clip to the ‘closed’ position to secure the tool tray
into position.
STEP.7
8. To adjust the height, rst unlock the clip to the left of the support
frame. Loosen the hand screw counterclockwise.
STEP.8
9. Press the unlock button and pull the tool tray up/down to adjust the
height.
STEP.9
10. After conrming the height adjustment, the “click sound” indicates
that the adjustment is completed. Press the clip to the right, and nally
tighten the screw clockwise to secure the tray in position.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be
sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When
the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any uids (if applicable) into approved
containers and dispose of the product and uids according to local regulations.
