Load softer, water-dense ingredi- ents on the bottom, and ice or frozen ingredients on
top. This creates a vortex in the pitcher that leads to a smoother breakdown of
frozen ingredients.

Top off with ice or frozen
ingredients.
Add any dry or sticky
ingredients (nuts/powder)
Pour in liquid/yogurt.
Add more liquid for watery.
Add leafy greens & herbs.
Add fresh fruits & veggies.
For best results, cut ingredients in 2.5 cm chunks. Do not place frozen ingredients
first in the pitcher.
Low speed bleaning with the speed button will cause overheat of the machine.
Please us the high speed to blend food.
