1. INTRODUCTION
Baseball bump cap with solid internal cover for protection against knocks and grazes. Adjustable strap suits all sizes. Convenient short
peak design, better suited for working in and around vehicles. Internal padding and ventilation for added comfort. Conforms to EN 812.

2. SAFETY
WARNING! THIS IS NOT AN INDUSTRIAL SAFETY HELMET
8 This bump cap does not provide protection against the e󰀨ects of falling or thrown objects, or moving suspended loads. It should not be
used instead of an industrial safety helmet as specied in EN 397.
9 This bump cap is made to absorb the energy of a blow by partial destruction or damage to the shell and the harness, if tted, and even
though such damage may not be readily apparent, any bump cap subjected to severe impact should be replaced.
9 For adequate protection this bump cap must t or be adjusted to the size of the user’s head. Adjust the strap to ensure the cap ts correctly.
9 The attention of users is also drawn to the danger of modifying or removing any of the original component parts of the bump cap, other
than as recommended by the bump cap manufacturer.
9 This cap is designed for minimal risk only against rigid, immobile surfaces that could result in lacerations or supercial injuries.
9 A risk assessment of the task and area should be performed before using this product.
9 Clean the product as per these instructions to avoid damage to the product and/or user.
9 When not in use, store the product in a well-ventilated area away from extremes of temperature.
8 Bump caps should not be adapted for the purpose of tting attachments in any way not recommended by the bump cap manufacturer.
8 DO NOT apply paint, solvents, adhesives or self-adhesive labels, except in accordance with instructions from the bump cap manufacturer.
8 DO NOT use this product for anything other than what it is intended.
8 DO NOT use to protect against falling or thrown objects, or moving/suspended loads.
8 DO NOT use the product if damaged, deteriorated or contaminated. If damaged, replace.
3. MAINTENANCE
3.1. CLEANING
9 Use lukewarm water and a mild soap solution to wipe clean.
9 Leave the product to dry at room temperature.
8 DO NOT use caustic solutions, acids, solvents or strong mechanical cleaning.
3.2. STORAGE
9 Store in a clean, dry environment. Use a clean poly-bag to transport.
9 DO NOT carry loose with sharp tools or items that may damage the product.
8 DO NOT place in direct sunlight or keep in contact with solvents.
3.3. OBSOLESCENCE
9 Inspect the cap before each use.
9 It is recommended to replace every 2-3 years as necessary.
9 This product should be replaced sooner if damaged.
