1. INTRODUCTION
Aluminium oxide abrasive ap wheels ideal for nishing curved and intricate metal surfaces.
2. SAFETY
WARNING! If used incorrectly, this product can cause damage or injury to the operator. Ensure all instructions are read and
understood, including the instructions of the tool the ap wheels are being used with.
9 Refer to the manufacturer’s manual of the tool the ap wheel is being used with for information on correct mounting and use.
9 Always wear safety glasses, ear protection, gloves and dust mask when using cutting or grinding wheels.
9 Ensure the work area is well-ventilated.
9 Use the correct type of wheel for the job you are doing.
9 Keep your hands away from the wheel.
9 Ensure the tool and ap wheel are compatible, and suitable for the task at hand by following all markings.
9 Check the spindle speed of the tool is no higher than the operating speed marked on the wheel.
9 Turn o the power and remove chuck keys etc. before changing the wheel.
9 Disconnect from the mains or remove battery (if applicable) before making any adjustments to the tool.
9 Inspect the wheel carefully before use. Make sure it is not cracked, chipped, or damaged in any way.
9 Run the ap wheel up before use to ensure it is spinning correctly.
8 DO NOT use ap wheels if they are cracked, chipped, or damaged in any way.
8 DO NOT overload the wheel.
8 DO NOT use the wheel if it is not spinning freely.
3. MAINTENANCE
9 Replace the wheel when it is worn out or damaged.
9 Store the wheel in a dry, cool place.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be
sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When
the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any uids (if applicable) into approved
containers and dispose of the product and uids according to local regulations.
