Please read the following instruc�ons carefully before pu�ng your massage
device into use to ensure trouble-free opera�on and op�mum efficiency.
Please retain these opera�ng instruc�ons for further use!
• The massage device conforms to recognized technical principles and the latest
safety regula�ons.
• Avoid using the device in the wet/damp loca�ons, do not use pins, never
remove cover.
• This items is NOT A TOY. Close supervision is necessary when this appliance
is used by, or near children or disabled persons.
• This appliance should never be le� una�ended when plugged in.
• Any possible repairs may only be carried out by authorized expert staff.
Improper use and unauthorized repairs are not permi�ed for safety reasons
and lead to loss of warranty.
• Never touch the power plug with wet hands.
• Please avoid contact of the device with water, high temperatures and direct
sunlight.
• Do not use any damaged cables, plugs or loose sockets.
• In case of malfunc�on, disconnect immediately from the mains.
• Do not use if you have skin disorders, open wounds, or swollen or inflamed areas.
• Misuse or incorrect use excludes any liability for damage.
• Do not use this device while driving.
• Do not use while you sleep.
• In order to avoid excessively s�mula�ng the muscles and nerves, the
recommended massage �me should not exceed 15 minutes at a �me.
• Each massage – even a hand massage – must be refrained from during
pregnancy or if one or more of the following complaints are present in the
massage area: recent injuries, thrombo�c diseases, all kinds of inflamma�on
and swellings, and cancer. It is recommended to consult a doctor before
having a massage for the treatment of ailments and illnesses.
• If you are dependent on electrical aids e.g. pacemakers, please be sure to
consult your doctor for medical advice before taking a massage.
• The packaging material supplied should not be used as a toy.
Failure to observe the above instruc�ons may cons�tute misuse of the
product and can cause serious injury or burns.
• Do not use this product for medical treatment.

Long press ON/OFF bu�on to put the device into standby mode,
Long press again to turn off the device.
In standby mode, short press this bu�on to turn off all func�ons.

Massage Bu�on:
In standy mode, press the "Massage" bu�on briefly to ac�vate the pressure
massage func�on, which defaults to mode 1 and low intensity; If the pressure
func�on is ac�vated, press the "Massage" bu�on to display the current
pressure intensity and keep pressing to cycle between low/medium/high
intensity levels or turn compression off.
Heat Bu�on:
In standy mode, press the "Heat" bu�on to ac�vate the hea�ng, which defaults
to low intensity. If the hea�ng is ac�vated and the heat level is not displayed
on the screen, press the "Heat" bu�on to display the current heat level. If the
heat intensity is already displayed on the screen, press the "Heat" bu�on
briefly to cycle through low, medium, high, or turn off the heat.
White Noise/Music Bu�on:
In standy mode, press the "White Noise/Music" bu�on to ac�vate the audio
func�on, which cycles through white noise, Bluetooth speaker, and off modes.
While turn on the audio func�on, press this bu�on to decrease
the volume, double-click this bu�on to select the previous song.
While turn on the audio func�on, press this bu�on to increase the
volume, double-click this bu�on to select the next song
Press to turn on the light, keep pressing to make light colors cycle from warm
to cool to warm, press and hold this bu�on to tun off the light.

STEP 1
1.Download and Install free SNAILAX App onto your smart phone.
Search SNAILAX in the Apple App store or Google play store, or Scan
below QR code
Through APP, you can easily operate massage device to get a wonderful
massage in a smart way.
2. Open the App and follow set-up pairing instruc�ons:
2.1 Register your account in the SNAILAX App using your email.
2.2 Enable bluetooth on your smart phone.
(For IOS：Please ensure that the mobile phone OS version is 12.0 or later )
For iOS users, please ensure that the iOS version is 12.0 or later,
iOS 13 requires Bluetooth permissions:
a. Go to se�ngs
b. Scroll down to find the SNAILAX App,
c. Switch on the Bluetooth permissions for the SNAILAX App.
For Android users,ensure loca�onal data is turned ON.

• This device will switch off the compression massage automa�cally a�er
15-minute �mer runs out.
• Do not setup or use the massager in a bathroom or similary wet / damp areas.
• Do not use this device while driving.
• To avoid straining your muscles too much, similarly, we recommend not to
exceed a con�nuous compression massage of 15 Minutes .
Ba�ery Charging
Please use in the manner shown below
1. Connect the USB cable to the corresponding port on the device.
2. Generally, it will take 2.5-3 hours to fully charge the ba�ery.
3. While charging, the ba�ery indicator on the screen will flash;
when full charged, the indicator light stops to flash.
4. If the ba�ery is full, the device can work con�nuously for around 2 hours
5. You are able to use the massager while charging, but it is recommended
to charge the ba�ery first before using it.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
1. Dampen a cloth in water or a 3%–5% mild detergent solu�on.
2. Wipe the dirty areas with the wet cloth.
3. Wait for the unit to become fully dry before use.
4. Always unplug the unit before cleaning it.
5. Before cleaning, allow unit to cool.
6. Wipe the unit with a so�, dry cloth. Do not use cloths containing any
kind of chemical or alcohol and solvent liquids.
7. Never submerge any part of the unit in liquid.
8. Place massager in a safe, dry and cool place. Avoid contact with sharp
edges or pointed objects which might cut or puncture the surface.

If the product(s) is damaged or defec�ve within a reasonable �me, Snailax offers the
warranty as below.
Valid proof of purchase under this Warranty:
Order numbers from online purchases made through Snailax official store (www.snailax.com)
or Snailax's direct-authorized resellers, currently only at Amazon/eBay/Walmart. For product(s)
obtained from other Channels, please contact the customer service of the Channel directly for
appropriate solu�on.
Warranty Claim Procedures:
1. Any product the customer believes is defec�ve and seeks for warranty, the customer must

Snailax warrants the product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under
normal use, for a period of 12 months from the original invoice date, except as noted below.
Snailax products can be repaired or replaced within warranty period or returned for refund
within 90 days if the products break down in the period of proper use.
The warranty extends only to consumers, NOT to any retailers or resellers. This warranty is
effec�ve only if the product is purchased and operated in the country in which the product is
purchased. Warranty claims for product defects, unless extended warranty is registered,
