#2 What should I pay attention to by water refill?

It is recommended to use soft water or connect with water filtration system to prolong the service life of the Countertop Ice Maker.

#3 How often and how should I clean this Nugget Ice Maker?

To keep your Nugget Ice tasting fresh, we recommend that you carry out self cleaning with ice maker cleaner or white vineger at least once a week. You just need to press “CLEAN” for 3s to start an 8 minute self cleaning.

#4 My Oraimo Ice Maker 812A is making some noise, is this normal?

All Ice Makers contain mechanical components such as condenser and compressor, which will produce some noise. Oraimo Ice Makers 812A have been added sound absorbing materials to the interior walls to effectively reduce the noise.

#5 Are There Any Tips for Storing Nugget Ice?

First of all, we recommend to use the Time Preset to enjoy fresh Nugget Ice. If you want to store the Nugget Ice in refrigerator, you may put the Nugget Ice in a double brown paper grocery bag to absorb the moisture and you'll have no clumped up ice.
