12.9.3 Set DST
If the region where the device is located adopts Daylight Saving Time (DST), you can set this
function.
Steps
1. Go to Configuration → System → System Settings → DST.
2. Check Enable DST.
3. Select Start Time, End Time and DST Bias.
4. Click Save.
12.10 Power Consumption Mode
You can switch the power consumption mode and set the sleep schedule for the device to reduce
the power consumption when the device is working.
Steps
1. Go to Configuration → System → System Settings → Power Consumption Mode.
2. Check Scheduled Sleep to enable this function.
3. Set the scheduled sleep schedule settings for the optical channel or thermal channel. See
Arming Schedule and Alarm Linkage.
4. Click Save.
Note
● If the device is during the scheduled sleep time, it enters the sleep mode, otherwise it enters
the user configuration mode.
● The device can be waked up when you view the live view via the web browser, or when the
other channel triggers an alarm.

RS-232 can be used to debug device or access peripheral device. RS-232 can realize
