1. SAFETY

2. INTRODUCTION
Three-stage headlight restoration kit designed to eliminate the worst cases of headlight degradation, yellowing, oxidation and
scratches. Includes everything needed to restore the cloudiest lenses. Get great results on most plastic lenses, such as tail lights,
trailers, boat windows, helmet visors, motorcycle windscreens, snowmobiles and more. Improves visibility and safety. One kit is intended
to restore two headlight lenses.
3. CONTENTS
Sanding Discs; P800 (x2), P1200 (x2), P2000 (x2), M10 Male to Female Adaptor, 40g Polishing Paste (x2), 3ml Protection Liquid (x2),
3m x 20mm Masking Tape, Backing Pad M10 Female Thread, Orange Sponge Disc, Cleaning Cloth.
4. INSTRUCTIONS
4.1. PREPARATION
4.1.1. Mask o the area surrounding the lens to avoid scratches on adjacent paintwork.
4.1.2. Clean the headlight lens with water.
4.2. SANDING (NOTE: sanding and polishing may be carried out either manually or by using a drill or polisher. Only use a battery
operated drill or polisher due to the presence of water.)
4.2.1. Start with the coarsest (P800) sanding disc and progress to the P1200 and P2000 discs until the lens discolouration has been
removed.
4.2.2. Wet the sanding disc and apply to the backing pad.
4.2.3. Using light pressure and continual movement, gently sand the lens until an acceptable nish is achieved.
4.2.4. Ensure the sanding pad does not dry out during the sanding process or remain stationary in one location on the lens.
4.3. POLISHING
4.3.1. Ensure any sanding residue is cleaned from the lens.
4.3.2. Attach the orange sponge disc to the backing pad and apply the polish paste.
4.3.3. Polish the lens until the surface has been restored to its original condition. Light application of water during this process is benecial.
4.3.4. Ensure the polishing foam does not dry out during the sanding process or remain stationary on one location on the lens.
4.3.5. If polishing by hand, polish with no less than 200 strokes in a circular motion.
4.4. PROTECTION
4.4.1. Clean all polishing residue from the lens and ensure it is completely dry before applying the UV protection uid.
NOTE: DO NOT apply in direct sunlight.
4.4.2. After application, leave for 15 minutes to allow the uid to form a bond to the lens.
4.4.3. Immediately after this time, place the vehicle in sunlight and allow to dry for
1 to 2 hours.
4.4.4. Keep the lens dry and DO NOT wash the vehicle for 24 hours.

Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to
a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely
unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids
according to local regulations.
